F.A.Q.
Q: What is the minimum that we can train?A: We aren't setting a minimum. This would cause people to do JUST that. Some people put more effort into posts then others, some write more per post, some like to space them out....it's all different. Don't expect to do well or grow quickly if you put little to no effort in. We will also base it on RP style. Everyone has a different style so it's really unfair to compare and set standards.
Q: When we will know when we're done then?A: When you seriously think your done, please post in the "Jade's Help" thread and Jade will come to take a look at your progress. Her word is law, don't argue or complain if she says you need to train more before you battle.
Q: I saw some people were using a "visor" or something when they sat down at the layer. What is it and what does it look like? Do we have to use one?A: First of all, yes,everyone must use one.
This is the headset. This is plugged into the layer and this is the contraption that translates the Deus's thoughts into reality. If you aren't wearing one then you can't control your angel and it returns to a lifeless doll even if it is on the layer.
Q: Should we be using our entry phrases right now?A: You don't have to but you can to practice it if you want. ^_^
Q: What kind of things should I be training if this is my first angel?A: You should be learning how to move on the layer. Jump, kick, punch...etc. Basic things you would need for a battle. Also, you should probably spend some time teaching your angel to dance.
Q: DANCE?!?! Why does my angel need to dance?!?A: In the show that is the basic and easiest way to train. It focuses on controlling your angel's movements to a rhythm and timing.
Q: If this isn't my first angel do I still need to train?A: You should...all angels are different. You don't have to go all the way back to beginners stuff but you should play around a little, especially if it is a different weight class and/or type.
Q: I want to try my moves out a little. Can I have a practice battle? A: Of course! Leave a request for Jade and you'll be able to have a practice fight where she can explain everything as you go along. Just make sure you've trained. She won't go easy on you and she'll get annoyed if you can't even do some of the basics.
Q: You said we could return to train special moves?A: Yes, you can. The list isn't up yet of trainable moves but all angels can learn up to 3 Special Moves. These moves can be learned by any angel but once they're learned you can't unlearn to train something else. So pick carefully.
