SO i've been trying to loose weight: for about a month, a month ago I weighed at 245, yesterday I weighed myself 237! Pretty much I did a few things, but am I doing everything? I am trying to reach a goal of about 185. [I am 21 and 6'4'']

I now eat a complete breakfast, usually cereal.

For snacks, I cut out chips and cookies and all of that. For snacks I usually have an apple, nuts or even some carrots [the kind you buy for salads, not steamed.

For lunch, I usually have some kind of sandwich, for the most part on either whole wheat or rye bread. I don't use mustard or mayo or anything. I also usually bring along a yogurt as well with either raspberries, blueberries, sliced bannas, sliced peaches or strawberries.

I cut out soda completely. I pretty much just drink water, though when I work out, I occasionally have a Gatorade. [maybe once a week IF that]

I work second shift, so I work out when I wake up at 7:30 for about an hour at the YMCA, where i'm a member of. I mostly just run on the tredmill for about an hour. I burn about 500 calories.

I don't eat much ice-cream, if I do it's usually frozen yogurt, and it's only once a week: if that.

For dinner, I have a source of protein with some dark green veggies.

I pretty much cut out fast food: except for maybe once or twice a month; can't stand it that much really.

So what do you all think, am I on the right track? Anything I could do?

It sounds like your doing really really well.
Your eating habits sound really healthy.

You could use more variaty in your workout, to strenghten and slim other parts of your body.
