I'm writing a story right now about my rape.
And it's making me want to cut again, after a year and a half of me NOT doing it.
Any suggestions on how to stop my urges without having to stop my writing?

snap a rubber band on your wrist.

It should cause enough pain without you actually cutting yourself...

at least that's what my therapist told me.
