As they reached the last room, all the darkness dissipated, only blinding light. The water was gone and so was the smellto salt water. In the middle of the room a golden mirror stood. Its glass not showing reflection. Slowly, Snow walked to it, Erohim following closely behind, when she got in front of the mirror, she looked at Ero and signaled her to touch it.
"should I?" she asked
Snow nodded. Her eyes had changed somehow. She looked calmer, yet sad. Ero extended her hand and as she did a thundering voice filled the room

"FILTH, FILTH." The mirror screamed, and then the glass rippled.
In softer tones it chimed. "Touch me not, for what you seak lays in ones heart. What you feel means all, yet nothing."

"EEk!" said Erohime as the voice startled her, but then as the soothing tone came she looked around looking as to where thew voice came. there was no one but the mirror, Snow and herself. She looked at the mirror quizzically, then to Snmow. She could've sworn the creature was laughing at her for being so easily scared.
She walked in front of the mirror and looked at where the glass was supposed to be
"Please... Show me... how can I win Snow's trust and in the process get my own..."

The mirror's frame shook soflty, dust feel like snow. "I am old. I am tired. But for a price I'll show... what you seek." The voice was haunting yet pleading. The reflection rippled a moment.

"A price?" She asked "Why does a mirror seek riches...? I don't understand..."
she got closer to the mirror and saw that it could shine more, but that the dust covered it's beauty. She ripped her shirt again
"You shine brighter than all the gold put together, you just need to be cleaned" she quickly passed the cloth on the mirror revealing it's shine "see?" she kept cleaning it.
Snow looked at her in awe... here they were, about to find the truth, and she was cleaning the mirror?! This woman was crazy!

The mirror shivered, as if turned on. It hadn't felt the touch of soft cloth in centuries. "You don't poslish often do you, your a bit ruff on the edges. "
The mirror paused a moment. "Just step in front, have a gander... What one seeks is in view."
The mirror gave no hint that he had however already helped Ero out in fare greater ways with words rather than the view.

She stepped in front of the mirror and saw a kid with catlike features
"Mom, Dad!!" she called out we're in the garden "Turner is telling me stories and Snow will let me do her hair!! come quickly!"
As the kid ran She heard voices and laughter. The voices came from two horselike creatures, one a unicorn, the other a Pegasus
"come On Wishtar I'll tell you another story if you're good and bring me a bucket of Milk!"
"Don't you think of nothing else? you glutton"
"Hey you're the one attached to that mirrored wall of yours"
EroHime giggled as she watched the scene unfold. She then saw a couple joining the group
"We'll be right there!" It was Erouji's voice, he was walking beside her.... and she saw herself pregnant with his child!
The image was interrupted as the mirror returned to it's normal self. She had tears in her eyes and a smile on her face. It was much more than she expected.
She looked at Snow and smiled.
"I saw the mirror... I think you should watch it too"
Snow had seen the same she had, there was no need for her to questioned it. The human was truthful. The mirror had shown enough for her to understand

"Time can heal anything. Anything at all except for memories. Memories never fade, simply they get locked away." The glass turned cool, and black as if onyx.
"I'll show you nothing more on that matter. For what was shown is perhaps already too much." It was in a suttle tone. "Thank you for the polish."
It paused, and the a light reflected off the glass surface. "The easier path you seek, follow the beam. But remember bonding comes through hardship and trail, not ease and candy."

"Thank you for everything" She said to the mirror, i shall never forget"
She turned to Snow "Come on now, we must go and heal your wound"
Snow neighed. She had heard the mirror and understood it's words. She walked next to Ero as they got out of the cave. Day had already came and the managed to grasp the view of the sun as it got up the horizon. Today she would start to trust Ero. Little by little she felt that the prediction the mirror had made would come true

As the Sun morning rays hit on Ero's face she slowly opened her eyes. A week had passed since the mirror had given her advice and the relationship with Snow was improving day after day. The reflection the mirror had shown her was embedded in her heart, mind and soul. The future had so many things in store for her.
She got off the bed and started grooming herself, after all she still had something to do. She looked outside her wndow, where Turner was pacing around waiting for his milk and looked towards Snow's place. She smiled as she thought that Snow musat be staring at the mirror, holding a brush while waiting for her to do her hair. It had been something they started doing every morning after Turner's milk was served.
She got up and dressed herself. She would do all those things, but she also had something important to do today.
She had to go to Mystic Island again
She remembered the words that Pavel had told her
"This time you'll need two cherry blossoms, and a red blanket. There is a bucket of snow, and a mirror behind the house. I am sure she will find it most amusing. The rest is up to you!"
She sighed She knew where to get the cherry blossoms.... but what about the blanket..?
Oh well.
She went to the adjacent room and smiled as she looked at Wishtar, still in her charm fase. "Hello darling!, we need to go to MI today"
The little moon shook slowly. Erohime had noticed that she would shake slightly when she woke up and also when her name was said. She took the little charm and held it close then went to the kitchen
As she got nearer something weird happened. She started getting images of dairy related products in her mind "What the...?"
She hurried to the kitchen and quickly filled two buckets with milk. All the while getting the images. She took the two buckets outside, grabbing an apple along the way for Snow.
As soon as she went through the door and walked towards Turner stable he stopped pacing. As soon as he stopped pacing the milk images stopped and he started walking towards his stable, chugging the milk as fast as he could. Ero didn't notice the images stopping, She was laughing at how greedily he enjoyed his meals

She then headed to Snow's stable. As she had imagined earlier ther she was sitting on the mirror looking at herself, the brush in her mouth. What Ero didn't know was that she was looking at the door waiting to enter the stable
"hello Snow! wow!! you look beautiful today... you might not need me to brush your hair at all!"
She noticed that Snow got a little down, "But I'm going to try it anyway!"
Snow was happy, this time she couldn't hide it.
She sat next to her, took the brush from her mouth and started combing her mane. "I have to go to MI today.... Perian and Pavel have given me a mission.... it has to do with Wish"
Snow kept looking at her reflection in the mirror. She knew that a mission from those two meant something important , so she was quiet and hearing clearly
"I need to get a couple of cherry blossoms.... and a red blanket.... they also mentioned a bucket of snow and a mirror"
Hearing the last two items intrigued Snow... why would they need those?
"i don't know where to get the blanket... and Snow...?" She sighed "But i'm not giving up!!
This time Snow nodded.
"There!! done!"
Her mane was split letting the bluish hair fall from her head at both sides. She liked how she looked and got up from the floor heading outside. Ero behind her
"okay I gotta go now Snow be good!"
She started walking when she was grabbed by the back of her shirt. Snow was holding on to her.
"What's wrong Snow...? you don't want me to go?
Snow shook her head gently, looking away
"Oh yeah!! i forgot to give you the apple!" She retrieved the aple from her back pocket "Here you want it?
Again she shook her head
Ero scratched her temples.... "you want to go with me?"
She nodded vigorously. If she could talk Ero imagined she would tell her something along the lines of "damn! it took you long enough!"
"Ok... you can come with me!"
She went into Turner's stable to ask if he wanted to go with her too, but a strong image saying no came to her mind
"What is that?!" She asked. she decided to call the caretaker, to look after Turner while all of them were away"
"I guess it's a girl's thing! Right?"
Snow nodded, and slowly they started walking. Next stop, MI

Slowly a scruffy little boy walks up the path and posts a flyer into you post box before wandering off
