So, i've killed over 2500 Curse eyes - And its still yet to drop.
Am I doing something wrong, i've tried Hidden street - It didn't really help me.
I'M SO CONFUSED - Am I doing it wrong? D; Help.

No, you;re doing it right. It's just a very hard thing to get. Another sucky quest. You can buy the deed from fm or basilmarket.

Yeah, the item is just harder to obtain. The more you think about it dropping with each kill, the longer the quest will seem to drag on and on. Take breaks over time, try not to get frustrated. If you want to just get it over with quickly, then you can buy it in the mp as suggested above. =P But good luck either way.

And the EXP aint' bad, 70 EXP per kill >>;;
Which works out to be about
0.04%
Ah well - I'll just keep going >>;; See how many times I can do the 999 Curse eye quest xD

I usually think of it as an exchange of time for money, as in the real world. With some items, it can be easy or kinda fun to do the quest, but with something like this, it's probably best just to go to FM and buy it. If you think about it, getting like 1mil or whatever it's worth, (I don't think it's more than one mil,) is easier than spending a full day hunting for it.

650k isn't a lot of money at all truthfully. But then again I think it's safe to say this is probably your first account so it isn't funded, and at the level you're at now...650k would seem like a lot to spend on something you're going to give right back away. For me, that quest was fun, with all the swag I got from the curse eyes, it was a shame when the deed finally dropped.

But then again I think it's safe to say this is probably your first account so it isn't funded, and at the level you're at now...650k would seem like a lot to spend on something you're going to give right back away. I actually got lucky because my friend, who was grouped with me at the time, found it while we were hunting and gave it to me. I've never figured out why Maple makes some items take hours, days and weeks to find. So far, I've had to purchase afew of these hard to find items, even after using several double drop days. When it came to the slipper quest, I spent 1.8mil for three pairs before ending it and finally recieving piece of ice. So yeah, if you can't find it after 9 hours worth or more, I say it's best to buy it.

Oddly enough >_> its like when your looking for a drop it drops slower no idea why thats why I rarely hunt for things like that xd and just go on playing and what not and slowly but surely it will drop sooner or latter.
