In Brief - Ophris was born in the jungle, attached to the side of a tree like a limpet, when a Goblin King dressed up as doctor Livingstone, prised him off the rough bark and took him back to the royal greenhouse, where he lived a warm and misty life in a plastic pot until he was big enough to go out on his own.

Likes - Warm and humid temperatures, tropical plants and fruits,

Dislikes - Monkeys!! And losing his flowers, they make him all naked.

Magic - He has an affinity with the Orchid family, and can often convince them to bloom faster.

Odd fact: Ophris once had a relationship with a Venus Flytrap, but it was not meant to be.

In Brief - Celeste was the third daughter of the Seelie royal family. She met her husband during the arranged marriage of Jareth and her elder sister. Even though Caspian ran riot and decided to become a Pirate, Celeste likes to think that he coped well with her death given the circumstances.

Likes - Walking through walls and making cups float around. It's cliche but it's damn fun, Casian, her children who she haunts from time to time, Jonik.

Dislikes - Poisons, seeing Caspian unhappy.

Magic - Poltergheist activity, invisibility

Odd fact: Celeste was assassinated by Hemlocke.

Relationship status - No ones been brave enough to try

In Brief - Mei Ling was the accidental daughter of the Pirate King and Xun Xiao Ling the acid queen. She grew up in her mother's opium den, surrounded by the roughest lot in St Jaques. After learning all there is to know about narcotics she decided to go on the straight and narrow by opening her own apothercary on the island.

Likes - Experimenting with herbs and medicines, knives, painting and mixing colours, gardening.

Dislikes - men who grab, men who assume she's a prostitute, addicts.

Magic - Herbal magic and potions

Odd fact: Mei Ling gets on oddly well with her father.

In Brief - Toby is Caspian's second youngest child, and in no way the brightest. He lives with his mother, the Widow Fitzpatrick, who is a fishwife on the St Jaque docks. The two of them also run a fairly suspect chip shop for the tourists. Toby wishes to someday be a pirate like his father but is a very poor sailor.

Likes - Sailing, working on the docks, shooting seagulls, his dad, his mum.

Dislikes - The smell of fish guts and chip fat, working long hours in a tavern as an extra job.

Odd fact: Toby, is a simple lad who is rather accident prone.
