I've decided to post a review for the anime, Utawarerumono, in this forum, due to has catgirls in it, a good portion of the time.

Publisher: ADV Films. It was originally suppose to be called Shadow Warrior Chronicles, but the name was changed back to the original Japanese name in the end.
Total Episode: 26 Episodes, each having a running time of 25 minutes.

Utawarerumono is a beautifully illustrated anime, based of feudal japan, where also every scene is flawless in pictures (Except Episode 14, where the animation seemed distortioned and blurry, while other than that, it is quit enjoyable).
The storyline begins a bit calm, where the main character Hakouro, is discovered injured without memories, by the main heroine Eluluu, who seems to be some type of dog furry. The first couple of episodes tells a bit about life in the country, about the constant fighting that is going on, and the worshipping of a goddess who's servant Mutikapa destroys villages for a destroyed shrine that wasn't even done by your village. The anime leads to a civil war, that eventually makes Hakouro there emperor. After that, the episodes go in a war like format where 3 to 4 episodes are war, with a bit of home life, and then 1 or 2 episodes with the characters enjoying life, while having to face political and emotional issues. The warring is mostly due to a secret of Hakouro's past, in which in recent episodes he is calls the beast, the creator of wars. Hakouro himself has some flashes of seeing a demon with blood stained teeth.
The main story of the anime revolves around Hakouro's past, and the relationship with Hakouru and Eluluu. The anime includes a variety of furries, with a few catgirls, who are seen in a majority of scenes, the majoriety of civilians are furries, with the exception of a few main characters are humans (There is a large amount of main characters). There is also a few angel characters, who work as mediators for the countries. The anime includes some feminine characters without clothes, showing the backside of them, or the characters surrounded by thick mist in the hotsprings.
