Belial is a very complex character, for he himself is one big contradiction. He follows his passion, his wishes and his desires, even if they go against what he believes. He will not penalize himself for going against his believes, but still will he preach them to those willing and worthy to listen. He says one thing and does another in other words.
Among many, he takes pride in how he presents himself to others and what ‘vibe’ he gives off to everyone. Being a living contradiction, he is also a living liar and master twister of what is. To gain what he wishes he will stop at nothing and will do anything that does not inconvenience him, for inconveniences for him are a waste.
When Belial finds something to be utterly breathtaking and train wrecking to the core, he will strive and give anything to be the captor of it, whether is be living or not living. Captivated, he will stop at nothing to keep the beautiful thing that he has spotted beautiful.
Belial’s weakness lies in his own contradiction character. When he finds a precious beautiful thing, he will sooner or later, unconsciously become a slave to it, for it will be his drug.
Physical Appearance: Almost always, Belial will be dressed in something that compliments his figure, which he has over the years made perfect in his eyes. The most precious thing to him is his image, and how he presents himself to others, for if he is alluring to all then he attracts all to be his. Over the years he has created a lean tanned body, silky smooth skin (as smooth as his voice.) Along his back though, there is no skin covering his spine, pure white bone shows as skin grows and is barely attached to his bone.
Weapons: His voice, his words and the seductive air around him.
Powers: Having dominion over the carnal and base urges of mankind, he is able to draw out the pure, raw and utterly beautiful parts of the soul that are otherwise covered by moral and one’s conscious. His voice will rack through one’s entire being, through the soul, through the mind, through the heart, the through one’s core and be able to convince that one anything that he desires them to believe. His word is law.
Being an Angel of Earth, he did have the opportunity to learn how to handle the element, but he did not pursue it as a power. The most he can do is see the history of a mineral or plant through it’s spirit’s eyes.
Background Info: Belial, being the angel created just after Lucifer, with his arrogance and pride indulged himself in the sweet liquor, original sin. Openly he displayed his blasphemy with truth and purity without fear of being cast out of heaven to the infidelic earth realm. Instead, Belial openly challenged the laws that the Creator had set for all angels and beings, finding true happiness in this.
This did not last for long though, for all his rule breaking and sacrilege he was the first angel to be cast out of the paradise, stripped of his immortality, and exiled to live in his sin on the desolate earth. Many followed him, believing that he was not at fault since he was completely honest from the start. Those who did follow him included Lucifer, Satan, Lilith and many other angels that were given the names ‘Fallen Angels’, ‘Demons’ and ‘Devils.’
Stripped of his immortality, the first thing Belial did while on Earth was visit the garden of Eden, taking the fruit of the Tree of Life, gaining back his never ending life along with a power that he already had going for him just enhanced. Seductiveness now stronger than ever flowed about him and he used it to his full advantage. Just as he was about to leave the Garden, he was discovered by Eve. Seeing as she was something precious to the one that had scorn him, he easily convinced her to bite upon the red orb created by the Tree of Knowledge with his newly seductive voice. He then sent her on her way to go and corrupt Adam.

Lucifer, having the natural ability to know how to survive (ie common sense), did what he had to for survival.
When threatened, Lucifer will defend himself of course, but he will also try to reason and avoid any useless quarrels with anyone. He doesn’t like useless violence, but if it is unavoidable he will face it head on and completely tear it apart fiber by fiber.

Like his faithful companion, the skin covering his spine has been removed, showing the pearly white bone beneath.
Weapons: His lips, for if he wishes, he can steal the breath from your soul upon a kiss to your lips.

Belial explained to him all that he thought and lived by. Finding no mistake or wrong doing in his life philosophy, or rather when he found something wrong he voiced up his own opinion to correct the mischievous angel but every attempt was crushed, he soon found himself liking how Belial lived his life in paradise. Sooner than later, Belial was the first to be cast out of heaven for spreading blasphemy. Immediately, Lucifer went to the Creator itself and questioned him, only to be thrown out just as harshly as Belial. At first he was unable to comprehend why he was thrown out, wallowing in misery of not being in God’s good graces, until he was found and comforted by Belial and the other angels that were thrown from the paradise. Here the first “pack of wolves” were created; loyalties to each other and confidence to their leaders.
A small portion of this pack, lead by Belial himself infiltrated the garden, but they were quickly split up by its defenses, leaving each one to fend for themselves. Lucifer found himself a sleeping Adam, where in jealousy he left the mark of his soul upon the fleshy being. He had never seen nor thought about this mark, but it flowed out of him without flaw when he carved it on the sleeping man’s back.
When Adam stirred, Lucifer panicked and ran, running into Belial who had just convinced Eve to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. After the woman ran off, hypnotized by the smooth talking angel Belial, he too ate from the Tree of Life, thus unable to be claimed by death. Upon fleeing the Garden, Lucifer and Belial once again lost each other in the run from God and his wrath.
After the curse was placed on him and the others, Lucifer made his way back to the group of fallen angels. In the same night, he announced that he needed to learn how to now survive in this new world and left the group. Living in the darkness for years to come, he finally found someone that would listen to his story and enjoy his company with penalizing him for who he was. The human’s name was Caine, and it was the seal that was carved onto the boy’s father that tied them together. Through Adam, Lucifer watched over the boy because he felt a strange connection to the child that he had not felt for a long time.
When Cain defied god and killed his brother, Lucifer swept in and saved the boy, quickly substituting him with one of the fallen angels to take the curse. Lucifer fed the Tree of Life’s last fruit piece, that he had kept secret all along, to Cain, and adopted the boy as his own.
For the next few years they both disappeared off the ends of the earth, it was thought that they were killed by God’s angels, or by God itself. This was proven wrong when Lucifer returned, but without Cain though, and started to preach true acceptance. When he was asked it he was a man of God, he neither denied nor confirmed that he was. In essence, he was, still an angel and somewhat loyal to the creator. Due to his experience though, he knew better.

This was proven wrong when Lucifer returned, but without Cain though, and started to preach true acceptance. When he was asked it he was a man of God, he neither denied nor confirmed that he was. In essence, he was, still an angel and somewhat loyal to the creator. Due to his experience though, he knew better.
