I hate those. Especially when someone spoils something for me that I'm a big fan of.
Bought up this topic because this girl's (who's a friend of my friend) little brother was being a real brat and was trying to spoil the plot of the newest Harry Potter book. So I threatened to rip his ears off, and my friend threated to pull out all his organs.
--
My sister told me that when she went to go see the third Lord of the Rings movie the day it came out, this guy who watched the show previous to the one she and her friends were watching... decided to walk up and down the line of waiting people and spoil the movie for them... well, that didn't last for very long because apparently some guys knocked his lights out while the crowd watched him get beat up.

Somehow, I was able to tell what this topic was about when I just looked at the title.
Spoilers especially annoy me on the Internet. I don't care if it's something I've never seen/read/played before. If I wanted spoilers, I'd ask for them. Does my profound break in typing mean nothing after they've been said? Should be obvious that I'm annoyed. >.>

God, I have tried so hard to not find spoilers for the new Harry Potter book (which I should be getting any day know) and I'm finding them everywhere. Wikipedia, even a sports site. They're everywhere! So now I don't read anything that has the words Harry (or) Potter in them unless I know there is no spoiler. Why do people think it's funny to do this? I don't get it.

lol. what's also annoying is when you're waiting for a video to load on a site. and you're so bored that you start reading the comments, only to find out that they're all spoilers D: .. or maybe that's just me.

On a general note to the topic, I finished reading the HP book the evening of its release date.

The Depressed Optimist Tank13 I've been playing the .hackG.U. series and it comes in seprate installments, well the thrid volume isn't out yet but I've seen so many spoilers that any twists have been ruined. But, I'll still buy it... I love the .hack// series. I stumbled on to a forum on another site that didn't say it had spoilers and I found out a twist before I played the game. crying
