I like Shinichi's character design, but as far as personality, I prefer Heiji ^_^

XD

I thought Harley was Heiji, I'm not familiar with the English names, but I chose Heiji.

Harley ( scream ) is Heiji.... generally, they tried to at least keep the names starting with the same first letter

Despite my personal preference to avoid the character type, I have to say that Mouri Ran is my favorite Detective Conan character.
