You may THINK they have a race, but, as I said, given that race is defined by genetics, they would need genes, blood, bone etc to qualify. They are figments of your imagination, and thus have no real bearing on any conversation. Much less voting.
Besides,giving votes to voices in one's head is around the same as giving votes to dead people. They may have them, but what on earth can they do with them?
....On the other hand, given that the past two Philippine elections I remember have had over 100 dead people voting in them, maybe you have a point.
