"I heard that!!!" scream
Came a bellow from outside the building directed at the boys inside. Clearly Karen was frustrated with these two boys, but then her work of bringing them together was done, so there was really no need to hover around them.
"Well you're getting better with anger management. That much is for certain." Came a voice form above. Karen looked to see who it was and their silhouette was blocked by the shining sun.
Captain Marvel chuckles touching down to the ground in front of Karen.
"I was half expecting to catch a boy on his way to Mars."
"Saturn."
"Wherever."
"Ms. Marvel-"
"Captain." stare
"Whatever" rolleyes "What are you doing here? My weekened with you is over."
"I'm here for the school dance. Capt America asked me to help out because of this school's track record with dances. Said he'd need the extra firepower."
"Sure it's not like you wanted him to ask you on a date or anything..."
"Of course not Karen, We are Avengers. We are professionals. We don't let our personal feelings get in the way of our jobs."
"Yeah... riiighhtt..." Karen felt Carol had the hots for Steve Rogers and would have said anything to be around him. She was sure about it.
Catp Marvel put her hands on her hips.
"Karen." Carol said seriously. "I'm here to give you an assignment. For you to be more social You'll have to find a date to the dance."
"WHAT?!" she screeched back! "My Boyfriend is a few Hundred galaxies away!! He'd never make it here in time for the dance!"
"Then you'll have to find someone in this galaxy." She took flight, calling over her shoulder. "Good Luck!"
"Grr. Hate her..." Karen mumbles as she stomps off.
"I heard that!" Capt. Marvel called down!
"HUMPH!" She huffs away in search of The Dweeb, who was sure to put her in a better mood, as she would be gloating all over him.

Cassandra Sandsmark Walking around with Danielle 'Dante' got quite a few looks from mostly females but never said anything. It felt weird being a guy, Cassie didn't have to wear a bra for one thing... hell she could even walk around with her shirt off... not that she did. Dante decided to let Danielle choose out some of the clothes for him which were mostly black and red to which he just smiled realizing that his best friend certainly did have a sense of style. " Yeah we should head back... I don't know who would be looking for 'Cassie' except maybe Chris. But time away from him wouldn't be a bad thing." Dante then using Cassie's powers floating off the ground slightly before picking Danielle up into his arms." Besides... is it such a bad thing if only the two of us spend some time together?" Dante smiled before flying off with Danielle back towards Hero High. "Time with you is never a bad thing." Being scooped up and carried all the way back to HH was great! It was way easier to carry the bags that way. And she's never admit it to Cassie, but as Dante, she could feel her gain in strength a little big more. She felt light as a feather in his arms... Then again that may have just been the feeling in her head... or heart? "I hope you like all your stuff. It was a lot of fun picking it out for you! Never did that kinda thing for a guy before..." Dani said once they got back to HH, Dani was putting all her new clothes in her closet. And Dante was sitting on 'Cassie's' bed. Once it was all put away, Dani decided to 'Lock' her closet door with a small wired-piece of the Witchblade. "THERE! It's locked! Now if Chris wants to borrow my stuff for Dox's gender issues, he'll have to come and ask me first!" She felt proud of herself, and jumped on her own bed. "You'll have to sleep here tonight. It is STILL your bed. But try to lay low for a little while. And please make sure Mary Marvel doesn't see you. I can' only imagine what she'd have to say about anything."

Dante smiled.
" Of course I like the stuff you got for me. You know you have an awesome sense of style."
While sitting on the bed he took out his phone and began texting Chris.
CHRIS-
I'LL BE ON THEMYSCARA TRAINING WITH ARTEMIS FOR A FEW DAYS. I'LL SEE YOU WHEN I GET BACK. heart
Dante hit send and sighed.
" I hate lying to Chris like that but it's better then having him go nuts looking for me. Oh, and I know better then to be caught by Hero High's Rumor Queen."
Then Dante took out his PS3 and was going through his Tekken games looking over at Dani.
" So anyways how about pizza, soda, and video games? Unless you would rather go out to Black Hawks or something?"

"Staying in sounds nice actually. It's been a long day for both of us." She answered, after all they wanted to stay out of Mary's path. That woman could spin a rumor like nothing before. "I'll order the pizza you pic the games!" getting on the phone she ordered the pizza. "Alright 30 min." she hung up, then went to change into her Pjs.

*On the way back to his room, Chris got a text. A text telling him that he'd have no date for the Spring Formal. His shoulders slumped and he texted Cassie back.* WE'RE NOT GOING TO THE SPRING FORMAL TOGETHER? I WAS PLANNING ON ASKING YOU IN THE MORNING. I HAD THIS WHOLE SETUP WITH MYSIA AND SIGN....IT WAS CUTE AND FUNNY.
I GUESS I COULD AS DANI TO GO AS FRIENDS. GOOD LUCK WITH THE TRAINING.*Chris pushed negative thoughts about Cassie out his mind and started to text Dani.* HEY! HOW'S THE BEST LOOKING WITCHBLADE WIELDER I KNOW? I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN DITCHED FOR THE PROM. WANNA GO TO THE SPRING FORMAL WITH ME AS FRIENDS?

" Tekken 6 it is" Dante smiled at Danielle. " I'm going to take a shower... be right back." He went into the bathroom and took a quick shower, when he came back in the room he had no shirt on and a pair of Green Lantern pajama bottoms. Dante went into Cassie's stash of treats and pulled out some gummy bears, eating a few before offering Danielle some. He saw the text Chris sent back and felt a little guilty, tossing Cassie's cell phone into the drawer on the nightstand after turning it completely on silent. He didn't want anyone to ruin the time he was spending with Dani, though it felt wierd being in this new body and not being Cassie. He tossed Danielle a controller... " No Chris, no Wally, no Achilles, no Scandal.... just the two of us. Okay?" He smiled at her, trying to forget about everything and everyone else.

"Too Late...." Dani's phone chimes the theme from the hit TV Show form the 90's Knight Rider. signaling that a text form Chris came in. "Whaoh! Dante! We got a problem! Chris is asking my to the dance as friends since Cassie can't make it!" She showed him the text "I guess i should tell him am already going with you! But!! But! Ugh! What did he have to ask me!?!" Clearly Dani was having a little problem with all of this. She had to take some deep calming breaths. before asking Dante. "Its ok! its ok! I'll just tell him I've found a date! That's not a lie! Right?! Because y'know! Me and you! OK!!" Some more breaths later she types. sad I'LL SEE YOU THERE.>

*Chris's shoulders slumped again. He should have known that Dani would already have a Spring Formal date. What was he going to do now? He really didn't hang out with any other girls and he sure as hell wasn't going alone.
Scowling, Chris returned to his room. Linda and Querl jumped apart from each other, looking awkward. Chris didn't notice. Instead, he took Linda's cell phone and sent a text to the number of the boy he was planning to set her up with. A few seconds later, a response came back.*
Congratulations, Linda Lang. You now have a date with the captain of the football team, Donnie Blake. We're done for the night. Enjoy the dance.
*Chris sent Dani back a text telling her it was okay and to have fun. He went into the bathroom to shower and go to bed.*

Dante saw the text and sighed.. ' It's okay... I mean technically I am your date. Besides we both knew that lying to Chris might be necessary when we decided on this." Dante then patted Danielle on the head gently trying to comfort her. Cassie had always been drawn to her best friend... yet there were certain boundaries that were better left uncrossed, even if she was in a different body... Right?" But is it wrong for me to want to spend time with you and not spend all my time with Chris? I hope he does find someone to go with though... I would hate for him to be miserable." A bit of guilt was in his voice. Dante/ Cassie's heart was being torn in so many directions as he looked in Danielle's eyes.." Dani.. if Chris and I never got together. That is, I know you're bi and I'm bi myself... you don't suppose maybe we could've..." Dante bit down on his tongue, hard, better not to know.... who cared about the 'what if' question anyways." Never mind."

"But we already know what would have happened..." Dani replied softly, placing her phone face down on the night stand. "We were in the alternate universe, off to save Chris this time, not Wally. It was like an Evil Mirror into our world." She slid under her covers and told the story. "I saw it with my own eyes. We were together, you and me. I could feel it. We were happy. But we were also evil and crazy... I got the feeling I was the reason you and Chris broke up in that universe." " She looked at her wrist with the Witchblade on it. With it she created art before her eyes. A pyramid, a knife, a hook and lastly a rose. "Witchblade is the Balance of Good and Evil, Dante. I can't let that evil take hold of me. Because if I did... There would be nothing on this world that could stop me." She reached out her hand for Dante's, handing him the rose and holding his hand. "I can feel it everyday. The Darkness pulling me in. Except with you... With you, I feel only light..." She smiled at him holding his hand.

" I don't know.. maybe I'm just confused because Chris always seems to act like we'll be together forever and that just seems like an awfully long time to me. He's so serious... I mean I'm fifteen, I say I love him but I'm not even sure what love is. We're.. just kid. You know?" Dani was talking about the alternate universe where they were together... but evil. She also spoke of the witchblade." Dani... the man I made a deal with to get this form was actually the devil... so I may already be headed down that road. I don't know much about good and evil because in Greek mythology it's not so simple. Zeus is suppose to be good but believe me my dad's a womanizing and self-indulgent person at times... The gods aren't so black and white... neither am I" Dante was still holding on to Danielle's hands, looking into her beautiful blue eyes as she spoke about light. He kissed her on the cheek lightly...his heart felt like it had skipped a beat." There are no words to describe how I feel when I'm with you... I just know I don't ever want to be without you."

"When this is all over... and you're return back to your body... Please talk to Chris. I don't know what's going on between you two... Whatever your feeling... Whatever he's feeling... you should talk." She bit her lip. "I mean like talk. And really get him to understand... that maybe you aren't meant to be forever?" Dani blushed at the light kiss on her cheek. She couldn't help but smile. She wasn't doing anything wrong with that right? Then why did she feel this way? Once Cassie and Chris talked, maybe this feeling would go away? "We aren't evil. It won't happen. We won't let it. Because together we make each other better." She tried to stop from yawning but couldn't. Pizza, Video games, Chatting. This was all the things she missed. She was happy to finally be spending time with her best friend again. "I don't know about you, but i'm totally ready for some shut eye." This time she did yawn covering her mouth with her hand and stretching a little. "Time for sleep. I'll see you in the morning. It's going to be awesome.. I can't wait for the dance...." Her sentence trailed off and soon enough she was sleeping soundly with a small smile on her lips. (Edited)

" Talk? What good will that do? I'm going to Troy soon anyways and who knows when or if I'll be back. It'll be better for Chris if he could just forget all about me." Cassie was clearly determined to stand by Achilles' side, she was his little sister after all. Dani mentioned sleep and Dante yawned a bit.." You're right. We could both use some rest. Good night Dani." Dante curled up into Cassie's bed and soon found himself falling asleep.

*Chris had problems sleeping that night so around two in the morning, he turned a reading light on and pulled out some books he had borrowed from the library. They all involved Greek mythology, the gods, and the cults that sprang up around them. He was still seeking a way to pull Achilles and Patrocles out of the Underworld. Eventually, the words began to blur and Chris suddenly awoke with a start at 9AM. The last book he was reading was in his lap. He yawned and looked down at the book. He blinked and focused on something.* Oh...that could work... *This sounded good! But he couldn't make direct contact...he would have to go through a messenger. And the messenger of the gods was Hermes. He'd have summon the little symbol of the flower company to pass his message. Damn....that would have to happen later. First, he had go down to the stables and get his posterboard back. After getting dressed, Chris headed down to Mysia's stall. Upon seeing him, the elephant lifted the big posterboard he had made with her trunks. He had enlisted the elephant's help in asking Cassie to the dance. Of course, she'd never see it now. Maybe if he took a picture...* She's not coming, Mysia. Thanks anyway. Let me take a picture of this though. I still think it's funny. *Chris had planned to climb on top of Mysia's back and wait for Cassie. She would have found Chris on the elephant's back with a sign that said: Quote: HELP! THIS HUMAN REFUSES TO GET OFF OF MY BACK UNLESS YOU GO TO THE SPRING FORMAL WITH HIM! HELP ME, MY SISTERFRIEND, YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE! Chris held up his phone and clicked a picture.*

Karen secretly spent time with Mysia when she was feeling lonely. Which was quite often she was afraid to admit, she preferred the massive beast with attitude more than most of the people she goes to school with. So when she came up to her stall she was a little surprised about seeing the sign there! She crossed her arms and smirked. "Huh, Dweeb, you're really trying to get my attention huh? Don't bother sending me the text, I'm already here." She motioned to the sign. "I mean c'mon, you've heard Obi Won say that like a million times. You don't have to pretend to be Anakin to get me to go to the dance with you." She smiled at him. "It's fine by me, I won't let you resort to begging. It's just not manly. And besides. It was my romantic genius that got Teddy and Billy back together. So they are off the table. And what better way to spend the night then watch the happy couple do what they do, that I created have a darling good time." She laughed. Not at him but it would appear that way. "Even more fun would be to see what you did with my trainwreck clone. I heard she was going with Donnie Blake. I was going to ask him, cause he sure know how to party, but by the time I got to him he said he was going with Linda Lang! Oh man how did you manage that?!"
