"Oh... well good. Sure you can borrow a thing or two...Don't forget to give it back." She chuckles a little, shaking her head. "For a minute there I thought our time displaced friend here was having some gender issues."

Billy returned from his extra credit studies off campus with Ms. Harkness and returned to the boy's dorm where he found Teddy's note on his dorm room door.
A little flip of his stomach happened the moment he recognized the hand writing. He had not been fair at all to Teddy in all this time. He wanted to see Teddy so much, but everything he tried to do seemed to go wrong and ended up hurting or disappointing Teddy.
Why did Teddy still want to see him after everything that's happened?
Maybe... maybe they could just ... talk?
Phasing through his dorm room door, Billy dropped his school books down onto his bed and then tapped his chin and closed his eyes. He murmured repeatedly beneath his breath and a sparkle of blue light swirled around him and his school clothes transmogrified into a more subtle but *cool* outfit of snug blue jeans and a "Grumpy Cat" tshirt -- Grumpy Cat was cool. The internet says so!
That being done, Billy went out in search of Teddy.

Bat-boy? Querl thought back to his historical briefing. Was there a Bat-boy? Sidekick to Batman? Batman was not one of the more intergalactically-known superheroes. He was more of a regional thing. From a thousand years ago. Bat-boy sounded about right.
In the interest of keeping up Powell's ruse, Querl nodded.
"Yes. I am the night!" He held up the sides of Dani's frilliest dress and tried to look menacing.

"I'd ...rather just talk if that's ok. I mean, I don't really know how my powers work completely, and ...I don't want to hurt someone that doesn't deserve it."
Teddy offered her a crooked smile. "I don't mind chugging a milkshake and talking though. I can tell you about boys if you want. Not that I've had a lot of experience with them. Just...you know, Billy. I dunno. I just like 'im. I kind of used to have the hots for Wallace, but that would have been a bad match. He moves too quick for me. He's a top speed make out machine, and I'm pretty clumsy and awkward. I don't know what to do with myself."
Teddy shrugged, "And I mean, what if I hulked out and hurt him without meaning to? I don't really know how much of my power I can actually control. I'd like to think I can, but I'm not sure." Teddy offered Karen his arm as he headed in the direction of Black Hawk's.

*What the hell was this!? Chris quickly stepped on the nerd's foot to shut him up.*
HAHAHA! So funny with the Bat joke. I think...we will borrow these 9 outfits if you don't mind. One for every inning. Thanks, Dani, you're awesome!
*Chris gave Dani a peck on the cheek and drug Querl out with the clothes. Once they were on their way across the quad, Chris finally let out his breath.*
Dude! What the HELL? A baseball batboy, not Batman's sidekick! You're supposed to be Brainy! Sheesh...look it up on the Internet. Now let's get back to the room. We need to get ready for Linda's visit. A lot of work to do with her and we still haven't picked a guy to target.
...
I actually have an idea about that....

"What's 'baseball?' I may have a twelfth level intelligence, but that doesn't make me the Encyclopedia Galactica on Earth trivia from a millenia ago!" Querl threw his hands up in frustration.
"We don't have 'baseball' in the 31st century. What we have is some spotty records about your time that were mostly wiped out in the-" Querl bit his tongue.
"Er, never mind. Yes. Internet. I'll look into that." No use in losing his temper at the evolutionary step backwards. It wasn't his fault he was ill-mannered and apparently super-clumsy (Querl wiggled his aching toes). He was a product of his time, after all.
"Which male are we targeting to mate with Linda?"

"Uhh...." Dani looks at the boys dashing away with her clothes, blinking a few times. And smiles at the kiss. Wait a minute... "Did they say nine?!"A shocked expression crosses her face. eek "HEY!" Dani shouts after them as they run through the halls. "I only said one!!"She shrugs mildly, it was nice that Chris was helping Querl with his expression, he even lied to protect him, but did he really need to use her clothes to do it? "Oh well! At least i have an excuse to go shopping. There's only one girl that can handle my shopping sprees. Thank god."Dani was on her Phone Texting Cassie. [[ HEY CASSIE, YOU'RE BOYFRIEND WENT SHOPPING IN MY CLOSET, NOW I NEED TO GO SHOPPING FOR REAL. WANNA COME WITH? I NEED MY GAL PAL. ]]It wasn't 30 seconds later that Helena was blasting her phone non-stop hounding her to get back to class. "YOU WERE CHANGING YOUR TIGHTS NOT GOING ON VACATION! GET BACK HERE!! SOME OF US TAKE DANCING SERIOUSLY!""Ugh. I'll need a vacation after this..." Dani mutters grabbing her bag and dashing off to class.

Teddy offered Karen his arm as he headed in the direction of Black Hawk's. She looped her arm into his, with a smile, as they strolled into Blackhawks and took a table in the back, it didn't take long for Zinda to take their order. "Hey Z. I'd like a strawberry milkshake please extra whip cream and 2 cherries." She smiled shrugging a little since mini-green was buying, once Zinda got Teddies order Karen leaned forward wanting to know more. "I think I know boys pretty well. I mean I've seen all the romance movies out there. I collect them, so i figured that must make me a expert on the subject of romance... But then Cassie is the Champion of Aphrodite, and she's like some kinda goddess on love or something... So I guess Cassie has a bit of an edge on me, but she's only dated The Dweeb so how good could she possibly be?"Zinda brought them their milkshakes, "Here ya go, Sailors."Karen drinks up, and asks. "So ya think this Billy girl will reply to you? 'cause if you need a wingman, I'm your girl."

Querl Dox "Which male are we targeting to mate with Linda?"Ew, We're not MATING anyone...we're setting up a date. We will make Linda so irresistable that one of the most popular boys on campus will see her as the most intriguing girls to date. Donnie Blake. Captain of the football team, popular beyond belief...with him, Linda has a shot of being part of the Royal Spring Court! *Chris opened the door to their room. He set the girls clothing aside and flopped on his bed.* Time to rest and get ready for the lessons. I assume this will not be easy.

Later that night Linda adjusted her glasses at the library being satisfied now that she was 10 chapter's ahead of the curriculum and she'd read all the book she could find to help Dr. Richards. She closed the book walking down to the boys dorms it was about time for her first lesson on slang. *Knock Knock* "Hello? It's Linda... I am here for my lesson..."
She fidgeted a little nervous, what if this didn't work? Or she failed... she would look awful at the dance! All alone. No one would ever talk to her! *Gasp!* What if Dr. Richards found out!! What would he think!?! She bit her finger nail, tapping her foot nervously. "Perhaps this is not the best idea.... ?"

"Chris isn't that bad of a guy. I mean, he is kind of derpy, but ... he seems happy being that way." Teddy shrugged, taking a slurp of his cookies and cream milkshake. "You talk about him a lot for a girl who doesn't dig him." Teddy was seeing a pattern here.
"But...I dunno about Billy. I mean, I like him, but I dunno. Maybe?"

It's funny!--- But I guess I could stop. This is about you and Billy."She listened to what he was said he was going to do, and she nodded. "Yeah totally. That makes sense." 3nodding "Y'know. No one said you have to be in a relationship with her. You may be thinking ahead of the game here. Why don't you try. Oh I don't know... Being friends first? I'm a romantic, true love and all that. But you need to get to know each other before jumping into the label making.... maybe even try dating someone else?"

"Kate, have you seen Teddy?"
Billy approached his best 'gal pal' on the Hero High campus, Kate Bishop who many of the kids had nicknamed 'Hawkeye' for her skill with her favorite form of weapon; the bow and arrow.
Kate pulled another arrow from her quiver and took aim at the target across the campus and set against a tree. She paused long enough to glance over her shoulder at Billy.
"I haven't, no, but Eli said he was hanging out with Karen Starr at Black Hawks."
"Black Hawwks, d'oh" Billy playfully gave himself a swat upside his own head. "Why didn't I think of that?"
Kate smiles brilliantly as she lets her arrow loose and it hits dead center on the target. Billy lets loose with a low whistle and shakes his head.
"Wow. Okay, I'm gonna jet."
"Take care!" Kate said as she drew another arrow.
Billy summoned his magic and the blue light swirled around him and he vaulted up into the air in flight....
...
Billy landed down outside of the door to Black Hawks with a soft thud of his feet against the pavement. He stepped foward and pushed the door open, and stepped inside as the bell above the door signaled his entrance.

"Perhaps this is not the best idea.... ?"*The door flew open and Linda was yanked inside before she could change her mind.* Hello, Linda. Welcome to your first lesson! We got you some outfits to try on and we'll start working on your slang too! *Chris placed Linda in the middle of the room and began to slowly circle her.* Now, you'll need to compliment other girls even if you don't mean it. And it can't be "You look very nice today." That's not cool. So...repeat after me... *Chris cleared his throat.* That skirt and those boots are totally the cutes. *It hurt his brain to even say that but Chris had heard Kori say something like it once.*

"I don't think I'm really good at dating. I mean, I uh...I wouldn't even know who else to date. Like, how do people do that, get dates?"
Teddy shifted a little nervously in his seat, twirling his finger around the straw, watching as it rolled along the insides of his glass.
The bell over the door rang, and Teddy looked up, expecting anyone but the person who was actually there - Billy.
"Oh..oh...oh God," he said softly, reaching across the table to grab Karen's arm. "It's Billy. What do I do?"
Without waiting for an answer, he let go of her arm and waved, motioning for Billy to join them.
"Billy, this is Karen. Karen...this is ...Billy."
He wondered how she would react now that she knew he wasn't a girl. I mean, he could see why maybe she would think that? Billy was ...kind of a girl's name...in redneck towns?
