She looked down, her eyes gazing the white paws of the hound. "sorry" She mumbled. her arms went from around the hound to her own legs, letting the animal walk back to his master for a moment. "Good morning"She wispered as she looked up, but her face was down still as if she was looking at both. The blond strands slowly went infront of her face, the lower lip went back in her mouth as she nibbled on it.

kneeling down next to the hound Lan began to pet both as he looked back towards her "are you alright over there?" Tilting his head Lan reached over to his bag pulling out a bottle of red wine as well as a cookie for the little girl.

She got up nodding her head, walking over to Lan. Taking the cookie and a few steps back, she watched his dface as she half turned from him. THe jacket hanging off her slim shoulders, unsure of what he would do next.

Giving her the cookie Lan twisted the cap of the wine bottle as he smiled at her. Lowering the cap on his lap the young man held the bottle up to his lips taking a sip, lowering the bottle the young man reached inside the bag once again pulling out a biscuit for each hound.

She watched him drink the bottle, then looked away quickly. "Why are we going there for?" She asked softly, not minding if he answered or not, but why would someone take her from the place she grew to fear and to understand. She stood there her whole body facing him as she wrapped his jacket tighter around her, as she looked down at the ground.

Not really thinking about it Lan gave a shrug as he watched the two hounds eat their biscuits. Lowering the bottle Lan raised his gaze back up to the girl "Not sure maybe it's the only place I could call home." Shrugging again as he looked outside.

Looking at him, a dreamy look crossed her eyes. 'Home', was what she needed, but that's what all the men said to her and her head dropped back down. "oh" was all she said, as she looked outside, one of the hounds finished the buiscet and went to tug on Lan's jackt that was on Katie's body, wanting her to follow which she did slowly.

Watching her and the hound Lan began to chuckle as he laid his head on the side of his other hound watching the hound tug his coat that Katie was wearing. Shaking his head Lan raised the bottle of wine to his lips once again. as one of his wings wrapped around him twitched.

She tryed to take the coat from the mouth of Lan's hounds, scared taht it would ripp. And she would be in trouble, Katie started to open her mouth in protest but, something caught her eye. A squeak crossed through her mouth, as Lan's body twitched. She tryed to pull even harder on the coat, this time asking the hound to let her go.

Hearing her squeak the twitch of the wing stopped as Lan eyed down to the wings wrapped around him "its okay just trying to get my arm comfortable." Smiling as she pulled at the coat Lan grinned as he watched the hound continued to tug her "He may want to show you something." Putting the cap back on the bottle Lan lowered it in his bag as he raised his head up from the hounds side wondering where the animal was taking her.

Still not wanting the coat to get shreaded by the hound. Katie, slowly walked forward, a baby step at a time but still wanting the coat out of his mouth. once she made it near Lan, only did the animal drop the coat and sat down panting like a real hound should. Even though he wasn't even tired, seeing that Lan was acting human, so should the hounds.

Smiling at the hound as has he brought his hand up to his back scratching Lan looked over at Katie "guess he didn't want you to be over there by yourself." Covering his mouth as he yawned the young man began to raise himself up from the hound that he was using as a pillow "you look afraid of me and I never did anything to harm you why is this?"

She gazed at the ground as he talked to her, a smile did cross her lips only breifly though. She mulled over in her mind why she still was afraid of him, yet not at the same time. The lip went back in her mouth as she thought, a yawn crossed Lans lips, making her look up at him with the green eyes. "I got hurt from the last person that was nice to me" She said quickly looking down, tears sprang from her eyes slowly trickling the hot liquid down her cheeks.

"and you think I may harm you as well?" Wiping the tears from the little girls eyes Lan gave a grin knowing to be careful not to show his fangs for it may frighten the young girl. "Well you don't have to be afraid for I don't harm a innocent child like you." rubbing away the rest of her tears Lan glanced over at the hound that begun to lay down as it kept it's eyes fixed on the two "and I think you may have just made a friend with ,y hound there."
