Silkara Thanks, but we are actually fine now. I expected the troop loss, I just wish I got some hero experience too. I think no more attacks are incoming and I seem in no personal danger. Messiah, on the other hand, keeps trying to be the largest in the alliance and should make a pretty target.... (Just kidding. Elliedoll Sandraugiga Okay... I need a sitter for US1 and US3 for I am going to an Island this weekend. ninja Help me please? Just resource me once a day and it will be fine... I'll give it a shot, Sandra. Saturdays are evil for me, but once a day I can swing. Let me make sure I'm not doublesitting on S1 and then you can set it up. I found a sitter for S1 so you wil only need to check S3. Just up my resources if resources let you do that. Thank you a lot! heart

Oh yeah, and Janus? Screw cavalry. The strength of teutons lies in numbers, not in super-strong efficiency. Check the stats, they're always a little lower than anyone else.
Then check the build time and cost. They're ALSO lower.
A proper teutonic army looks like this:
Units: 1 Hero 313 Macemen 11 Spearmen 621 Axemen 20 Scouts 180 Teutonic Knights 5 Rams 15 Catapults
That's mine. In a city with a population of 594. I brought a few extras, but I'm slacking. I'll work on that. I'm currently phasing out the macemen, can you tell? Axemen are, in all ways, superior.

Ellie, Balc, help me think up some ways to deal with 30 early-game paladins. Right now, I'm going to have to say we suprise him away from home with a large group of phalanxes, 60 or so strong, and then hit home on him when he doesn't have most of his paladins left.
But that's about all I can think of. We can't let him take the troops at full strength in defense....none of us can dent that without cavalry. That's why I need ideas. Is our best chance really defense and a quick counter?
Edit: Evil/Xevlin, do you know where we have a teuton in our alliancE? I need macemen. Lots of them. I'm going to count on you mostly for the counter, and we've got to be able to wipe the floor with whatever infantry he has. Can you see about helping that along, by resources or something?

With paladins, each of his can take on four or so of ours. We need to smash most of his forces in the field, where they're weak. That's why I'm thinking we need to catch at least part of his forces on our guy's doorstep, and THEN march against him at home en-masse. Edit: We're at war, people. Start talking to those near you, I'm going to start asking around for support from other alliances. Let's get ourselves rallied together and bring this place crashing down on AON.
