Minos Vulcan StephODell Minos Vulcan StephODell Susanou grinned evilly at Greed. "How will snapping my neck help you?" Hien and Rocky had their weapons pointed at Greed as well. Susanou had his pointed at the spot where Greed's stone lay. "Kill me, and they will kill you and everything close to you. Your shield is nothing more than an irritation. These weapons can pierce the strongest steel. Not even the Gods themselves can stop them." He laughed a sinister laugh. Susanou looked at Greed rightiously. "Umi is a very special girl. She is superior to humans. And if Father wishes to complete his task of irradicating all the unworthy people off the face of this miserable planet, he needs her powers as well. Father can give us unimagionable power...power that even the Gods fear." He chuckled darkly. "Doesn't that excite you, Homoculi? The power to kill the Gods? I myself had taken my name from the Lord of the Gods himself! He was unworthy of it! "And as for why I hate you..." Susanou's eyes became dangerous. "You have stolen my precious sister from me. You have tainted her. She doesn't love you! I love her more than you ever will! Sister is MINE!" Susanou had definately crossed the line of sanity. He was a raving lunatic. Hien twitched beside Greed, a small sign. Rocky too seemed to tremble a little. Hien looked a bit reluctant to answer. He seemed afraid of his brother as well. "Father...promised me power...he promised me peace. He promised me a lot of things. But the bond we all share is what keeps us together." He looked at Greed, his eyes hollow pits. He stabbed Greed viciously through the back. The blade pierced Greed completely, and stabbed Rocky through the arm. Rocky stared at the blade, surprised, but didn't seem to be in pain. Barely a trickle of blood pooled around his wound. "That oughta hold you for a bit!" Susanou cackled, opening his wings, and taking off towards the inn. Hien slashed at Dorochet. "C'mere, poochie. You need to be put down."

Umi screamed in fear, and tried to make a break for the window. Susanou leapt at her, but Raiden tackled him, snarling like a tiger. "I may not be able to fight you properly," Raiden began. "But so help me; if you touch her, I'll do things to you so bad you'll wish you were dead!" Susanou snarled back, and threw Raiden against the wall. Raiden hit hard, and had the wind knocked out of him. He lay on the floor, unable to move. Hien ducked backwards under the hammer, and sprang back up. He backhanded Loa viciously, knocking him into Dorochet. He plunged his sword heartlessly through their shoulders, and deep into the earth, until the hilt rested on Loa's shoulder, pinning them to the ground. The smell of burnt flesh filled the air. Hien materialized another one from a feather on his wings, and turned to Greed. Susanou pinned Umi against the wall of the room, licking at her ear. She screamed in terror, and kicked, trying to get free. "STOP, Brother! STOP IT!" she cried out in terror, her tears streaming down her face. Susanou ignored her, and continued licking at her. "I've missed you...Sister."

He ripped Greed's hand out of him, and began to twist it, listening in joy as bones snapped with a sick wet snapping noise. Umi stared at the scene before her, her eyes wide with terror, and her hands over her mouth in fear. She sank to the floor, Susanou's blood on her clothes and face. Susanou's wound healed quickly. He took his sword again (which he had called back to him) and jabbed it about where Greed's stone was, hoping to pin him to the floor. Hien entered the room by way of the window, which was still open. He put one foot on Greed's chest, and lay his sword across Greed's throat. ""I did warn you..."
