Numbing Eyes: Used with the Byakugan. Center of the eyes start to glow and if the enemy stares at it there body starts to feel numb and there movment is slowed.
i guess this will be my free one if it is accepted. since i havent made one yet.

I will have to deny it. Byakugan has nothing to do with genjutsu at all.

its not genjutsu. since there not thinking something is happening to them its actually effecting them. and any jutsu involving eyes is called Doujutsu.

What does constricting the body movement have to do with eyes? Now maybe if it was a jutsu to where you perform handseals and you bind them.

Well having many eyes stare at you paralyzes you in fear o.o

Doom's first puppet made of mercury here is his attack.
Mercury Defrost/Refrost- the Mercury puppet is made of mercury so it has to be frozen to retain shape, it can defrost itself to melt and move through anything, and then can refreeze itself to reform itself to a solid form. this ability will alow it to freeze partly and create anything out of itself even into weapons and use them on its own.

Soul: If it's a Genjutsu that involves entrancing the mind with the soft sounds of music, then alright. If ninjutsu, I'll have to let Ace check it out since he's a bit more... Firm on a decision.
Metal Mist: Mercury is liquid regardless if you freeze it. Because if you freeze mercury with your chakra, you'll have to proceed by giving it a constant amount of chakra to keep it like that and not melt at room temperature or turn to gas around 70-80 degree Celsius. Not only that, if you make a puppet out of Mercury, it's just going to continually shift it's form due to it being liquid. I'm going to have to say no as it sounds too unreal for it to work well.
Hurdy: That is the most random thing I have heard you say in a while... Especially when it's in here. sweatdrop
