There are two students in here already. They are headstrong, and apparently at not observing the more subtle hints that have been laid out for them. I hope, seeing that you know Shabang, that you will be a bit of a help to them, and able to see the area with more of a clear eye. Things around here are not always what they seem

Reiya caught up to them as fast as she could,
"I'm Reiya, I'm your third member, now lets go."
Reiya looked around and lept into a tree, and ran the length of the branch and jumped across the river, and landed on the edge of the water.

Kaida looked to Reiya and nodded in acknowledgement of her existance within the group. " Welcome. We could use another mind among us." She stood there for a moments and then sighed looking to the sky. "The name is Kaida and that is Rei." She glanced in the direction of the howling. "It's coming from the west. We are bound tom come upon them soon if we head that way. Since they are guardians... I should say that it might be best if we just head towards them... It would still be following the river and all just... not into safer territory." She looked to Rei. "If anything is to happen to the group it is on my head. Understand? You are not to blame yourself for my faults, all right?" She shook her head for a moment. "If Buki-Sensei wants to punish someone when this is all over it should be me. Let's go... All in favor say I!"

::she sighed as shizu walked back to her and sat down:: These girls...they don''t seem to be getting it. They don;t understand that not everything in there is as it seems, even with the clues that I have given them. Kaida seems to shirk help when its offered...

Kaida nods to Reiya. "Spreading out would be good. You are right. It's a shame that buki-sensei didn't give us communication devices as we would get in a real mission outside village walls." She looks around feeling like something was missing. She thought to herself.'If only I had known that we were going to have an actual mission my first day i would have brought kunais I could actually use.' Her hand moved over her mother's kunais which unless in the most dire of situations would not leave her side.

indeed, but i am not sure if these girls can handle what I am going to throw at them. they are a combination of meek, eager to please, arrognat, and eager to prove themselves. Its going to take awhile for them to realize that there is more to their world than what they think

::the river flowed on, shimmering with that odd clearness that revealed nothing. The wolves continued their sad song, positioned outside of a cave that was at the end, or rather, mouth of the river. They laid on the banks, or sat on the rocks, crying and mourning their lost packmate::
