JiHye would be 지혜
And JiHae would be 지해.

Annyeong haseyo. Would be used for people older than you.
Annyeong is for for like... friends.
Then there's Annyeong hi kyeseyo which is "I'm leaving"
And then Annyeong hi Kaseyo which is "I'm here/home"

Kye makes the sound of ki-yeh
While Kae makes the sound of ka-eh.
When I put "혜 (hye)" into an online translator, I got the pronunciation of "[hyey]"
When I put "해 (Hae)" into the same translator, I got the pronunciation of.... =.=;; well... I't means "It does", which is actually an example to show that it means something while "hye" does not.
"사랑혜요 (saranghyeyo)" gave me the result of "love [hyey]" in the translator; while "사랑해요 (saranghaeyo)" gave me result of "it loves"
I hope this helps in your guy's confusion??
