I can imagine that. All of those things you just said. Pretty nice...

indeed, how about running through a deamon prince with its weapon? if you're extremely good at converting, having the avatar holding the spear in both hands, and in a charging pose

You could use daemon parts on the avatar, pending on what you're going for. If you think about it, it is technically a daemon.

Especially because Codex: Eldar lists the Avatar as a daemon. Another cool conversion would be to have it up on an elevated base of sorts with liquid iron flowing down over the pedestal and around the base.

Oh, Blue Table. Those guys are incredible, if not slightly demented. All of them are ridiculously skilled, though, and I'd have them paint a force for me if I had the cash.

Well, there certainly isn't much conversation here right now. How about this:
What is your favorite Aspect and why? And please, be specific with things. We need to spur some conversation.
For use in games, I can't deny the ability of Striking Scorpions. I've gone against the bastards in game and they're a fair beastly unit to go against. 3+ saves, tons of attacks, and that wonderful Aspect Eldar I5. Makes them more enough to serve as a counter against just about any other assault unit in the game. Being Eldar, though, that toughness of 3 means a little trouble.
As far as the fluff and the images put to them in the Codex, I love Howling Banshees. The bit in there that they set about before battle singing hymns to Khaine and end up in a bloodthirsty frenzy.

SOOO Striking Scorpions. I like their looks! whee
In rules, well, I have to put that in thought... I don't have Shining Spears, nor Warp Spiders, nor Swooping Hawks, nor Dark Reapers. I think it has to be Swooping Hawks, although I haven't used them even once. I chose them because of their grenade pack ability and the other Exarch special rule I forgot. Nevermind. If it has to be one I've already played, Striking Scorpions. That'll be it.
And I hate the Eldar's T3...

Shining Spears are my fav. Very mean T4 Eldar, still killable, just a bit harder. And with Shining Spears, and jetbike.

Oh, and by the way, Jason, <3 your signature!

They're all packing Str6 Lances, as I recall it. And they have S6 Power Weapons in CC when they charge. Also, they pick up the spiffehness that is a 3+ save.
