Go with Valkrion. For a Hyuuga member, the Byakugan is definitely the best starting option. After all, you can't learn any other techniques until you learn that one xd

Ace Zero Dr Entropy Valkiron first, would you call electricity an element? Well I wouldn't. As far as I know, the forces that are considered elements are Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water. I would think electricity is just a powerfull form of energy. Technically it's a force then, Right? Fire is a form of energy also, A powerful one also. Hey, isn't lightning an element? In that case, I'd say electricity was a branch of the element lightning. Maybe the product of mixing lightning with fire/earth. Who knows O.o. But I'm pretty sure lightning's an element.

Is it possible for the day & night topic to be alterred? If so, can someone add the phases of the moon? I have a made up that is based on the phases of the moon. Full, half, and new moon phases to be exact.

I'm with ke-ke. My character's an orimara and I find it necessary to know what phases the moon will be at, or i'll end up making every day a full moon xd ......
Oh and one more thing: If you are teaching a made-up to someone else, how do you know how many posts it will take?

Oh, I go with Lokey's question as well. I'm interested in beast seals, and am thinking about getting one of my own...

Moon: Inresponse to your question, it depends on the chakra used for the made up. Like the skill within the guild you must train to get the skill. After posting for the amount times 0.01 you will get that skill. Basically, if your made up is 500 skill points then the learning must train (post 5) for that amount to get the skill. v
Made Up - 500 skill points -----> train for five posts to get made up
Lockey: Soul told me that you must either level (going from one rank to another) or get into an intense battle. This goes for all beast seals.
Oh, and disregard my previous question. I'll just go by a real life calendar to figure out the phase of the moon. My suggestion on adding moon phases still stands though.

about the moon phases question, I think the idea that Klam had was to roll a dice at the beginning of a battle to decide what phase you were in.

Lady of the Black Moon I'm with ke-ke. My character's an orimara and I find it necessary to know what phases the moon will be at, or i'll end up making every day a full moon xd ...... Oh and one more thing: If you are teaching a made-up to someone else, how do you know how many posts it will take? It does not matter the phase of the moon. As long as the moon is out. Which would be at night time. Check the day and night system in the additions.

Val: A dice roll? *mopes* Oh well, I'll be sure to remember that then.
Soul: Thanks. I almost remembered it all. sweatdrop I'm going to be sure to remember that next time by placing that in my journal.
Anywhat, I have a few questions to ask just off the top of my head. Here goes:
Can all of a members rpc's be on a single team?
Can more than one of a persons rpcs fight in a single battle?
Can a ninjas chakra look like musical notes upon a scale?
Can a pair of magic gloves perform a jutsu without the user?
Specifically, what is Tornado of Water?
How much more chakra must a ninja have to place their opponent under a genjutsu?
How do I join an organization if I meet the requirements?

@ Keke: I'm not 100% on these answers but here it goes.
1) Valkrion has all of his characters on a moon ninja team and so far there hasn't been any problems or objections to it so yes i suppose
2) I have seen it done in the past. In the Chuunin exams both of Hedoro's characters were fighting (along with xx Chidori Knights xx but thats not the best example)
3)I don't think so. Chakra seems to only radiate in an aura form unless there is a technique which forces the chakra to take the form of notes.
4) I would think so as long as the user is concious to direct the gloves. The gloves after all are using the users chakra to animate themselves.
5)It was in "The lost episode" where team Kakashi go on a mission in Hidden Waterfall. Basically its like lightning dragon tornado but with water. Leafninja.com has a description of the technique.
6) I'd think the ammount it cost to learn the specific genjutsu.
7) I would PM the leader but the organizations are kinda...dead.

I did a long time ago talk about the moon phase being done by the dice at the beginning of the fight, but I got the same responce from that person. I think that we can and will edit the Day / Night thread to add periods of time for the different phases of the moon.
