 Scott (right) n' Rob Niedermayer became 1st brothers to win Cup together since Brent n' Duane Sutter won with Islanders in 1983.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere, Goaltender  Acquired from Calgary for a 2nd-round draft pick in 2000, 2003 Conn Smythe-winner had another stellar season (36-10-8, 2.26 GAA, .91 cool n' nearly duplicated his award-winnin' effort by going 13-4, 1.97 in playoffs.

Ilya Bryzgalov, Goaltender  A 2nd-round pick in 2000, Giguere's capable back-up saw only 5 games worth of postseason action in postseason, but was solid insurance (3-1, 2.25 GAA).

Scott Niedermayer, Defenseman  A key free-agent signin' in August 2005, fleet captain had a Norris-worthy 2006-07 season, leadin' all defenseman in scorin' (69 points) n' capturin' 4th Stanley Cup of his illustrious 14-year career while winnin' Conn Smythe as playoff MVP in process.

Chris Pronger, Defenseman  Niedermayer's towerin' backline partner was major offseason acquisition, comin' from Edmonton in a trade, 6-6 Pronger was often center of firestorms for his skull-rattlin' hits (he was suspended twice durin' playoffs), but his 2nd successive trip to Stanley Cup Final ended with his name on chalice.

Teemu Selanne, Right Wing  A sentimental favorite, Finnish Flash continued his resurgence with yet another superb season (48 goals, 104 points) at age 36 n' finally lifted Cup for 1st time in his 14-season career. Big question now: will he skate off into retirement?

Andy McDonald, Center  An undrafted free agent out of Colgate in 2000, diminutive McDonald (5-11, 185) centered for Teemu Selanne n' Chris Kunitz on Ducks' top line, scorin' 27 goals n' 78 points durin' regular season. He was particularly hot late in Cup Final, with 6 points in last 3 games.

Chris Kunitz, Left Wing  An undrafted gem signed as a free agent in 2005, feisty playmaker was a 25-goal scorer durin' regular season before bein' slowed by a broken hand n' abdominal injury in playoffs, where he missed 8 games.

Ryan Getzlaf, Center  Anaheim's 1st-round pick (19th overall) in 2003, sizeable (6-3, 213) 22-year old emerged as 1 of NHL's top young players by scorin' 25 goals durin' 2006-07 regular season n' leading Ducks in scorin' (7 goals, 17 points in 21 games) during playoffs.

Samuel Pahlsson, Center  Acquired from Boston in a 2000 trade, hard-checkin' Pahlsson's shutdown game made him a bona fide Conn Smythe candidate. He scored only 3 goals in playoffs, but 1 of them won Game 2 of Cup final.
