The diablous had released a low snarl as the being had started to move his shield across his body. He would have to accept the fact that if Dem really wanted to kill him he would have kept the swing going right through him. His grasp would release from the man's wrist seemingly tossing it aside. The words that the man had spoken were rather annoying. How was the being a prince of shadows? Nocturnal had never spoken to him about having any choosen leadership on this plain... Blasphemy. He had comfirmed that he was something called a Shade... Whatever that was. The greatsword would move back to his shoulder for the moment and his back would turn away from the shade. He paided no attention the expressions of the shade after that as he turned down to his gear slowly re-arming himself. His training had finished and now he would have to seek something to prove himself to these beings. Nocturnal had given him this goal... Prove yourself to my choosen . Sheathing the blade on his back once more, his shield was placed right behind it as well covering his back. With his gear strapped to his body, the diablous would turn back to the shade and simply state the following. "..I favor cold steel..." His movement had started up once more as his shoulder faintly brushed past the shade and began to exit the CAZ. Demacus did not have time to waste, with his ultimate goal planned, he would need to do what he could now.

Kumori
The Shadow Magistrate
╔══════════════╗

Kumori watched as the weaponmaster had the sound of annoyance of him in his echos. "Very well..." His cocky attitude had subsided as he began to remove the rest of his equipment except for the Katana as he kept his shield on his right arm.

The arena was soon swarmed with warriors who were quick to surround Kumori as he kept his composure. He brought the shield up for guard as one of the warriors approached him, mocking his stance with the shield. This caused Kumori to glare at the man before moving in close and swinging in with the shield to the man, forcing him back hard. (Shield Bash Learned.)

The moment it connected, he felt better, and 'relaxed' his body as one of the enemies were provoked and came charging in. Kumori felt the vibrations of the man coming in from behind him, turning around as the man was swinging his sword down. Kumori used the shield's edge to strike the base of the sword, near the handguard, and sent the blade flying. (Feint learned.)

The man who was now disarmed, became Kumori's prime target as he charged in, shield covering his face. He slammed the shield into the chest of the man, breaking his ribs as he lifted up the shield to reveal his Katana. He pulled it out by the handle with his left hand and struck the foe in the abdomen to get him stumbling backwards. (Shield Charge Learned.)

Kumori watched him fall as he soon released his grasp on his shield, getting his grip onto the edge of the shield. He soon moved it towards his back and then to the side as he flung the shield outwards fairly quick. It went straight for one of the soldier's head, hitting the temple and knocking him unconscious before the shield returned to Kumori's arm. (Shield Boomerang Learned.)

Kumori soon decided he wanted to keep a soul for use, he soon held up his shield and started a small chant. He soon slammed it before him as it had a menacing presence around it, soon he went charging at one of the warriors. Upon contact with the shield, he began to take the man and fuse it with his shield, his cries of help and agony frightened the other warriors before soon, they were silence, and a single blue flame was released into the air before it was consumed by the shield's horror. (Aegis Learned.)

Kumori decided to get into an even more ready stance, crouching low as an enemy jumped up high. The Aegis horror still in effect before Kumori felt energy leaving out of his back pours, sending him forward before he jumped up. He came charging at the man who wanted to go foot dive, and had his shield eat the man up as if he was thin fried tofu, his soul even taken as well before Kumori landed. (Rising Star Learned.)

Kumori finished his shield training before he looked to the Katana and shook his head. 'Battoujutsu... hah! That technique almost got me killed.' He yelled at his katana through his thoughts and decided he needed to learn the other form. He grasped ahold of the katana and transferred his energy into his thoughts, erasing ever learning those skills due to their lack of use for someone like him. He picked up the book of the Dark Slayer and began to pump learning like crazy when he finished reading.

Kumori
The Shadow Magistrate
╔══════════════╗

Kumori finished his reading and slowly got to a standing point, watching training dummies be placed before him. He kept his katana at his side, holding it by the saya as he soon dashed towards one of the dummies. He soon swung the katana in the saya hitting the side of the dummy, causing the saya to return to his waist. He soon placed his main hand on the handle and unsheathed it quickly as the handle came flying out, hitting the chest of the dummy before he placed it back in. (Alas learned.)

Kumori soon kept the focus on the same dummy as he placed his right hand on the grip in the reversed form. He quickly drew the blade out, cutting the chest of the dummy, soon turning the blade backwards and the saya upside down. In a flash, he slashed again, this time to resheathe the blade as he cut the side of the dummy once he was done. (Sleeves learned.)

Kumori looked to the damaged dummy as he soon holds the saya properly before he took a step forward. He began to pull the blade out swiftly as he was sending his energy forth towards the doll. He had the blade less than a halfway out as the dummy was slashed upward fairly swiftly. He soon slashed downward as he sent the dummy flying in two pieces. (Lighter learned.)

Kumori kept his sensory active as a warrior was hidden amongst the dolls. He soon attempted to come at Kumori from behind as he could see the dude via vibrations. He turned around, stepping back as he was kneeling down while slashing low, hitting the waist of the doll. Soon he jumped forward, cutting down with both hands as he slashed the enemy into three parts before kicking him away. (Blind Side learned)

He soon moved towards a set of dummies that were set in a small circle before he turned and got between two dummies. He soon thrusted his saya back and off of the sheathe as it hit the dummy in the gut quickly. He grabbed ahold of the grip as he slashed upwards towards one of the dummies as he slashed the dummy quickly, turning around as he slashed down the dummy that was behind him. (Dual Trap Learned.)

Kumori was getting more aggressive as he sheathed his katana before he soon unsheathed it and slashed it upwards. He allowed it to follow it around him as he turned around and slashed downwards in a diagonal fashion. The factor of the end he used was a thrusting end as he pierced through the heart area of the dummy and pulled the blade out quickly. (Ashes learned.)

Kumori kept the sword unsheathed before jumping up and over the foe while turning. The blade keeping out as he was slashing the head area of the dummy before he landed behind the foe. As he landed, he finished with a finale cut and turned the dummy into two complete pieces as it fell apart. (Erase Learned.)

Kumori felt more anger and decided to let it all out as a warrior decided to come at him from behind. He turned to face the man and unsheathed the blade forward in a horizontal slash towards. He soon pulled it back, thrusting the blade into the foe as he spun to face behind him. He soon pulled the blade out with his left hand, having it in the reverse grip as he spun around back to face is foe, slashing in a diagonal way down, cutting him into a diagonal half, getting his right hand on the grip before quickly sheathing the blade without warning. (Edges learned.)

He kept his hands on his grip and saya as he glared at the final Dummy in his eyes. He soon dashed towards the Dummy, getting close as he tightened his grip on the katana's grip with his right hand. He quickly slashed it it, out in his normal grip, reversing it and slashing once more as he was forcing the dummy back. He did the slashes two more times before he sheathed the blade and jump towards the dummy, hand on the grip. He began to unsheathe the blade faster than anyone could blink as he soon landed on his feet, the dummy hitting the ground and bouncing off of it. He soon began to sheathe the blade, the click of the handguard and the balance into the saya as the Dummy soon turned into a pile of dust. (Swath learned)

He soon looked off to the exit and soon walked out of training hold, only to find himself meeting a vampire who had just returned, one Mr. Radek as they looked at eachother up and down. To Kumori, he couldn't help but feel like they met before as they walked around eachother. "Hm... you look familiar... and Miza seems to know you." He told Radek as he could hear Miza's own little sounds as Radek looked over his equipment. "Hm... I see... maybe you were one of my customers?" He asked as they continued to walk around eachother as Kumori shook his head slightly. "No... it's from somewhere else." He told Radek as they continued to walk around before Kumori soon said, "Hell Sanctuary?" He asked him as Radek soon held his head, a painful memory occuring before he shook his head. "Wh-Whatever that is... I should look into it." Radek told Kumori as Kumori nodded.

There was a reason that he favored this city over the one beneath the sea. Even the most minute of transgressions could be punished directly by the brass, who were less of paper-pushers and more of steel-hardened warriors. West could only imagine the difficulty that many Aramilian nobles and leaders would face, having to show themselves inside the academy walls. And yet that was supposed to be his nation, and he was supposed to be Emperor. It must've been a falsehood. He could not have raised such posh bureaucrats, being a very egalitarian man in ideology. It was from this ideology that he acted the most. He did not try and attack others, not try and proclaim himself as high or mighty like the sin inside of him did, or an Emperor would. Instead, he only sat quietly, watched, and listened. He listened to Alistair too, which was only deserved since he was the one who beckoned for the King to speak. West found him entertaining. He had a dark voice, an enjoyable feature. He was strong and firm, but not totally without personality. After all, he did at least try and respect West's request, and perhaps even out of respect rather than fear. If Alistair was smart, he would learn not to fear the demon. He was not one of intentions that needed to be questioned.

"The city is indeed yours," he said. "Though like many things, leadership is temporal. Many Kings have believed in their people, thinking them to be by their side, and of honest hearts. But most Kings, and Queens for that matter, don't realize that self-interest is the motivation towards everything. Especially in a city like this, with a culture like this. Everyone only wants to ******** and kill, isn't that right? I'd watch your back around them. I'm sure you already know this, but your death could stand to benefit many. Vampires, ambitious climbers, people like that. And then there will also be people who simply don't like to be commanded, men and women in my shoes who won't simply turn the other cheek. Luckily for you, I don't in fact make it a habit of flaunting my power and stomping on the lesser. That's more of Isis's thing, isn't it?" He asked with a grin, though the question was rhetorical and so Isis rather rhetorically grinned back. It was a habit of hers, that was true. She did not enjoy disrespect from anyone, and most people tended to step into line when they realized the gap in power in front of them.

He didn't think the gap between Alistair and He was all that large. If you included the Sin into the equation, surely. And if you included Isis. But just West and Alistair, mano-a-mano, the gap wasn't incredibly wide. He could imagine from what he heard, and what he felt right now, that Alistair might be the second strongest of men. That prospect made him feel very giddy, honestly. West had never really hung around people that were that respectable or worthy. He always spent his time where others spent their money, or where a bunch of easy mates would go to find him. This Lycan King was different than those people. "I'm glad that things are going so well for you. I hope that they continue to go well, too. You see -- I'm not an anarchist or anything. I like peace. It helps people find themselves, when they're not constantly fighting famine and feel afraid to look outside their window. If you're the type of King that promotes peace, then you're a friend of mine. Alright?" He didn't care whether Alistair wanted to be his friend or not, or what Alistair thought of him. Because this was more for his own pleasure than anything.

"I'll be leaving the fort, now," he nodded. Isis clung more closely to him, as he slowly began to walk away. "Sorry for breaking your rule and all, but it was just so tempting. I had a demon-crossbreed that I really wanted to meet. If you find him, make sure to inform him that I've still got an interest." He opened up a door, though not one of a wooden frame or anything like that. A magical one, that could send him anywhere he desired. "Later, Alistair. We'll meet again, if that would please you." In only a few moments, he disappeared, along with his golden-haired friend.

                                          xxBRYDENT de SEVONNE

The first day. He could recall being told to come to this place, Spwoon. It was very smelly here, he could remember. It smelled of sweat, piss, blood, and sometimes worse. Sometimes he could smell death, the gift of life leaving through a whisper or a breath. It was only a question of whether he'd be one of them. He had no intentions, though, to be one of them. In fact, what he had in mind was to be the invoker of sweat, piss, blood and death. Brydent was here to become the best. "Hey," he said to the lady up at the front. He could smell her; get a whiff of what she was. A Ysari. Must've been sucked dry day-by-day, living in this city. All the vampires would want to drink from her veins, and they wouldn't be nonchalant about it. He could almost commend her for not simply walking the plank, or jumping from the seat with a noose.

"Hello. How may I help you?" She asked. Formal, like a Fraxon. Most people from this city would simply say -- what's up? or be far more degenerative. He didn't mind the politeness. "I'm Brydent. I'm a Lycan, here for some military training. I enlisted about a week ago. I was wondering if you could help direct me . . . ?" He stopped and went quiet, and she hit the books. She searched for his name, running off to B and going all the way down the list. The newbies were usually at the bottom, and so it was. De Sevonne, she found him. She didn't say anything, just pointed to a door, one that led to a courtyard, with a fountain and an abundance of trainees. He nodded, and muttered off 'thank you' before following his lead.

He could smell all sorts of supernatural races here, ones still remaining and ones gone. He could smell a diabolus, that very ominous stench that he never quite enjoyed. He could smell a draconian, strong, reminiscent of Pronta. He could smell something unknown. He could also smell an Incubus, though this scent was different. It was more . . . enhanced. Almost like inhaling an incense, it was relaxing. But also confusing. It felt like it had a hint of diaboli inside; both an enjoyment and a turn-off. Didn't matter much, though. Those people were just passing faces, and he'd probably never meet any of them. More prevalent here was the smell of both a vampire and a werewolf, a tall man of black hair and blue eyes. He recognized him. King Alistair.

It must've been rare for royalty to grace a peasant's castle, but he was here nonetheless. He wasn't intimidated. Rather, he wanted to impress him. When two Lycans were around another, it was decided within moments whether they'd be enemies or best of friends. He wanted to test his fate. "Is it a holiday today?" he asked, just some random young man by the door. Like expected of most Lumirians, he didn't bother to answer. Brydent simply knew the answer. And he was excited to see how this would pan out -- how the King acted as a person. What the King liked in a person. That was all of interest to a very ambitious Lycan with a lust for strength.

As soon as the Incubus left, Alistair shrugged. He wasn't sure if he should have taken half of the things he said as a compliment or not. After all, there was really nothing Alistair really had to worry about. The people of this city could always try a coup, but he'd crush them. He'd bring about a new form of fear, teach them why they respected the man in the first place. He'd most likely take joy in it.
But now wasn't the time to think about this stuff. There were still people here to train. It'd been a while since he last did this, but he was sure he still had it. Of course, when the boy came up to him to ask about the date, Alistair glared at the boy. He knew the boy was a Lycan, his scent confirmed it. "You came here to train to be a soldier, Lycan. So train. Tell me your class and element, or go bother some other unlucky soul."

Yes, that was right. He did in fact come here to be a soldier. And he stayed so that he could see what this cross-breed King was like. He wasn't sure whether he enjoyed his response or found it quite boring, a common conflict for a Lumirian born on the sunny-side. He liked simple conversation. He also liked to get to the point. "I came here to be more than a soldier," he retorted. That was true. Brydent's ambition was to touch the clouds; to go to where Alistair was, and then higher. "My class . . . knight." The Lycan pulled his jacket down, revealing thick armor covering his forearms and down below. He tugged at his collar, a steel plate over his chest. Whether he concealed his equipment to be subtle or fashionable was unknown. "My element is wind. My name -" he sighed. "Well, I guess you wouldn't want that. Not yet."

The young man started intently, at the 'King'. Royalty never meant much to him, or he'd be far more respectful. What mattered was strength and honor. Whether Alistair possessed any of either of those things . . . he would leave it to himself to find out, not to the newspapers or the tales. He knew this type of man; the type to lead by fear, like his father. Like Fenrir. Like all Lycan men. Because of that, anything said about him was not to be trusted. "Are you asking because you want to train me personally?" he questioned. "If so, I'm honored."

Alistair nodded, "Yes, I'm going to train you personally. Don't waste time feeling honored. Every second you waste here not training is another second you won't live to see again." Upon hearing about his class, Alistair immediately knew what the boy's first task would be. "I want you to go to the armory and forge a blade. This will be your first Claimed Blade, so make it worth the time you spent crafting it. Also, take the time to find some armor. Light or heavy, your choice. I find leather favorable since the leather I use is made of the creatures I kill personally."

He supposed Alistair had a very time-efficient approach for everything. He didn't even want to spend time on honor or introductions. The King was quite aloof, though Brydent couldn't care for his attitude as much as he could throw it. He was just glad to be so quickly swooped upon and brought into training. If Alistair wanted him to wield a 'claimed blade', and a Knight's armor, then he would do as he wished. It was only to his own benefit, so he was grateful. "I haven't personally killed anything yet, so I'll just stick with heavy," he said. He wouldn't feel right using 'light' like some rogue; it was not as defensible as what he'd been taught to hold. "Thank you for your direction," he bowed. "I won't be gone long." The Lycan wasn't exactly a smith, but he was a quick learner. If anything, he could just get the forgeworker to do it for him.

He was equipped. The Lycan had a full plate of steel to his name, and an obsidian blade with a very loose wind enhancement. He kept his sword sheathed, though he would like to have it hidden away completely, stashed only for a time where he would really need it. Instead, he had to make do with a scabbard at his side, and a tower shield at his back. The addition of weapons made him appear far more militant, as if he were more prepared for action than just an hour earlier. He supposed he was, and he appreciated the high-grade gear and the magical blustery blade. But, more important than weapons was capability with them. For that, he approached the King once more, a little less nervous than the last time. "I'm ready," he said. "I already know some skills. More than most starters. But not really enough." He shrugged.

"Though I'm not sure what 'enough' is, anyway. The military's standards are foreign to me. Perhaps you could help me with that." He'd hoped for Alistair to throw metaphorical punches. Otherwise, he'd be lost knowing whether he was doing good or bad or great or terrible. For now, he could only assume himself to be better than the others of his rank. They all had a very uncertain air to them, and a weakness in their minds. It wouldn't be hard to get past their level. He already was.

When the boy came back, Alistair had already prepped a book. He turned it to the exact page he needed, trying not to waste time. "There's always more to learn. Keep that in mind. Even after you've mastered every skill in the book, you've got more things to learn. Once you think your training is finished, you become a little inventive, brainstorm a few skills and find a way to make them possible. The point is, remember to keep it moving during this training. I don't tend to slow down at all... With that in mind, I want to pay attention to this section here, labeled simply 'the Oath'. Knights, after swearing fealty to someone, or something, can gain strength from this simple feat. They draw power from it somehow. That's where I want you to start. Find something to swear fealty to."

                                          xxBRYDENT de SEVONNE

He could figure as much. Even for a regular person, they'd continue to learn more and more until the day they died. Each day, they learned one new thing. Even if it was something insignificant; even if all they learned was that their friend's favorite color was red, or that the grass swayed westward during the eastern trade. These were simple things for Brydent, but maybe not for other people of privileged circumstances or ones without friends. Everyone had a lot to learn outside of their bubble. That could apply to militant power as well. "I'm not so inventive," he said. That was true, honestly. He preferred to follow the rules rather than make them, follow conversations rather than lead them. It was half the reason he was a soldier. But everyone in the whole world had areas to improve in, and ways to improve in them. He could find one. "But I appreciate the thought."

The Lycan quickly grew interested in the book section that Alistair referred to, simply because the King did in fact seem to be especially intrigued by that one section. Usually, people with a lot of experience knew what was good and what was bad. He'd heard rumors that many of the weapon-using doctrines were weak, and that many skills within certain classes themselves were weak. Alistair would probably avoid to mention them, in his time as Brydent's teacher. What he would mention were things that would actually help him. So he took that sentiment, and listened thoughtfully about the 'oath'. "Fealty . . . ?" he asked. The man didn't really have anyone that he'd want to give his life to. He didn't think anyone could claim him, or was worthy of it. He had no detrimentally close friends, no family that was alive. And the last thing he wanted was to swear fealty to some random person just because he was desperate for strength.

So, he chose a simple route, one that was quite trusting. Joining the military alone was a very trusting route, because you handed your life and all that came with it to an organization. You became a card to be played by the brass. He knew this, he did it anyway. So he could take one step further. "Then . . . " He knelt down in the most knightly way he could, with his eyes facing the ground. He had been taught by many wise men that knights knelt in a particular way to show they were beneath someone; they did not dare look them in the eye, only the feet that they walked on. That was him, right now. He was beneath everyone here. It wasn't something to be proud of, but it could be respected. "I swear fealty to you, King Alistair." He could further describe his oath, though he wasn't even sure himself what the details of it could be at this time. It seemed so ridiculous to say that he'd vow his life to him, that he'd always serve him, that he'd die at his command. Brydent didn't want to be owned.

But Alistair could at least have his sword when he needed it. That was a fair enough thing to expect. "I'm not sure if you wanted that exactly, but there you go anyway. Enjoy." He smirked a little. The cross-breed King was very enigmatic, so many people would consider him hard to approach. Instead, Brydent reveled in it. It was an entertaining thing to never know whether you were of pleasure or irritation.

When Alistair saw the boy kneel to the ground, he was admittedly surprised. Usually, when knights swore fealty, it was to their kingdom in general, not just a specific person. Or when it was a specific person, it was their significant other. A vow to always protect them. "We've had many knights come and go in this kingdom. A few of them are still here, they are just nearly always in hiding. You'll meet them soon. The Phantoms. I've personally trained them. The last time I appointed someone to the Phantoms was over two months ago... maybe that'll change soon enough." Alistair kept the appraisal light, at best. Goading a trainee at this stage is detrimental to their training process. He knew that. Hopefully Brydent would pick up on it, too.

"Let's move on. No time to dawdle. I'm going to give you a series of skills to learn. Your job is to keep up, and make sure you learn it within the next hour. If not, I'll just keep going. These first few skills are the basis of your class, so pay attention. The first is Return. It's a basic skill. When your claimed blade has been removed from your hands, you have the inert power to bring it back to your hands. A disarmed Knight is a useless Knight. Next up is Aura of Tolerance. It's interesting. Not exactly usable in combat, but great for keeping the peace. I'd advise to only use it when combat isn't desired. Either because you don't wish to fight someone, or you think you might lose. It forces your outstanding tolerance onto another person, suppressing their urge to fight." When he saw Shockwave, he dismissed it. The skill was definitely an offensive skill, but the likeliness of hitting someone with it was slim, so he'd skip it. "Up next is Endure. One of the worst things about being a close ranged fighter is suffering the consequences for being so up close. You may be struck multiple times, suffering from immense pain. Since they aren't cuts, your regeneration won't kick in. Bruises and beatings will have to be suffered through battle, which is easier said than done. This skill teaches you to bear through the pain. You won't feel a thing. Very handy in battle. Next up is a support skill. Commander's Call. By warcrying, you are able to empower your allies, making them stronger and faster. But the catch is that you yourself aren't included. You will feel the same... That's all for now. Get to it."

Kumori
The Shadow Magistrate
╔══════════════╗

Kumori had returned to the training center to get to work as he felt his body have a shift of energy before shaking his head, he felt his suppressed aura vanish from his grasp before being replaced with something more... sinister. (Aura of Despair replaced: Deathscythe Rite)

Kumori decided to try out his new technique and summoned up a sphere of chaotic energy, entering the training area. He soon dropped it to the ground as he felt a surge of darkness and an unholy gram of despair appeared on the ground, watching it reach 10 ft around him as he grinned a bit. He soon held up his right arm as the energy surging through his body was giving him manifestation like feeling, summoning up a scythe blade in a reversed style. A training dummy fell before Kumori as he slashed upwards with it with a backhand to cut it once. Soon he did a double spin to cut it up even more with the scythe fairly easily. (Deathscythe: Side Arm learned.)

Once the use of the side arm was gone, Kumori summoned it again as he turned around and held it up to guard. An opponent was coming at Kumori from behind and came down with a vertical slash quickly. Kumori used the scythe's blade to block the attack as best as he could, holding the weapon in place. (Deathscythe: Scythe Guard learned.)

As he held the blade in place with his scythe, to keep it from coming down on him, he surged more energy into the scythe. Soon, another scythe blade appeared as he forced his arm out, causing the scytheblades to collide and lock the blade in place. With the tips mere inches from the enemies' face, it started them and Kumori was quick to kick the man in the gut and away from him. (Deathscythe: Scissor Disarm learned.)

Kumori felt a momentum inside of him, much darker than any of his techniques as an enemy appeared at a distance. Kumori turned to the man as he struck his arms out as two normal scythe blades appear from his forearms, grasping the handles as usual. He charged at the enemy as the enemy was charging at Kumori, getting closer to the field of the Deathscythe Rite. He hopped into the air as he entered a gliding dive position, stabbing the opponent with the toes as he landed on his feet before the enemy. They were right on the edge of the Rite's reach and soon, Kumori dragged them both out to create a massive bleed out. (Deathscythe: Full Gore Killer.)

Kumori decided to swing the air before him as he generated a dark feeling to it before he trusted his shield through the mist of the dark feeling. It's normal surface became reflective, acting like a mirror as he turned towards another foe who was summoning up energy for a D rank attack. They shoot out a stream of water at the shield, causing the mirror to shatter, but shooting it shards into the man quickly. (Mirror Shield Learned.)

Kumori was almost done, but now he had a surge of pure dark energy inside of him as he turned to look at an enemy coming towards him. He soon turned to face the man with his whole body before a pair of black tendrils made of his energy came out from his back and grabbed the soldier by the arms. It held him up above Kumori before he turned to see another one coming towards him. Kumori turned towards the 2nd charging man and snapped his fingers, summoning up his shadow drill from the bottom and killing the man on the spot before sending various small shadow drills from the sky onto the man he held in place. (Tendrils of Darkness learned.)

Kumori felt revitalized, like he could take on a darker challenge and left to do more missions. (Exits)
