Ceri went under the covers. She yawned again. She didn't take off her clothes, she was too tired. She had used a lot of magic, and didn't sleep enough for the past to nights. Once her head hit the pillow, she was instantly asleep.

"Maybe he'll remember that uppercut I gave him and add some groveling to the mix." Van said with a smug smile, holding up a fist and admiring it as he remembered how good that uppercut felt.

She pouted. "Pansy boy. You just stay in here, then." Angel gave him a kiss and then murmured, "I'm going to smell her out, and if she's not having sex with Van, I'll tell her, because I can't die that easy." She pulled her dress on carefully, spread her wings and then folded them against her back, and then left the room and sniffed. Mala's scent she could find anywhere, even with Riley's beautiful scent filling her mind. She navigated quickly and was soon throwing herself onto Mala. "Guess what! Guess what!"
Smiling, Alek laid down next to her and snuggled.

In her sleep, Ceri smiled. She mumbled something that sounded like, "I love you." She then moved to be closer to the coolness she felt. It was calming and relaxing.

Mala was just about to reply to Van when Angel burst through the door and jumped over top of the sheets, seeming excited about something. Mala looked wary, grabbing onto Van's hand. "...What?" she asked, clearly suspecting that it might be something that would ultimately piss her off.

"Didn't we lock that thing? I could swear we locked that thing!" Van said after jolting upright to see Angel's latest interruption.Riley, meanwhile, had indeed taken refuge in the nearest bathroom as he awaited his doom.(( Here. XD ))

Mala went completely pale. Her worst horrors - as Van would damn well know - have been realised. She sat there, in a terrified shock. Mala just stared ahead, not saying a thing. Once she recovered from this, however, Mala would be PISSED.

Van looked at Mala, then back at Angel. "You should probably go now. I'm a god and even I can't guarantee your safety once she snaps out of her shock."

Angel ran at top speed, quickly finding Riley, and cowered in the bathroom with him.

After many moments, Mala finally looked over at Van, tears now streaming from her eyes. She was frustrated, but since Angel fled, she had nobody to take it out on. So instead she latched onto Van tightly for the moment, hoping this would calm her down enough so that she could at least handle the situation semi-rationally once she saw the other two again.

Van wisely kept his mouth shut as he wrapped his arms around Mala, hugging her as he gently rubbed her back in comfort.

Mala silently wept for awhile, honestly wanting to kill Angel at the moment for the gaul she had and how she was so easilly able to brag about stealing her little baby's purity*!
**NOTE FOR ANY READERS WHO ARE HORRIBLY SLOW AND BAD AT MAKING INFERRENCES -- Mala, as has been stated many times before, cannot have children. In a way, Riley has become a sort of son for her since she ended up raising him while their mother ran off. Since he's pretty much been the only thing that could come close to being her kid, she went through a phase of smothering him and being that overly loving mom that couldn't let go. Why is she so pissed? She's still having a hard time letting go, even though she thought she had after being so long apart.
