Raine nodded and went into Tara's room to see if she was okay. It looked like she was mumbling to herself in her sleep and it made Raine want to hug her. "Aw she's a mumbler, that's so adorable." Raine said to himself quietly with a laugh. Then he found a chair and felt a yawn come up over him.

Everyone on the bridge agreed and went to their own rooms.
Raine began to get more and more drowsy before Tara's bed looked like an inviting place to be. No, I'll just sleep in this chair, it'll be her decision. Raine thought determined not to piss of Tara or cause her anymore stress.

Ace senses a powerful force and teleports to the location seeing a small boy with the book "Kid hand over the book now." Ace says aiming a Keyblade at him as Heartless surround him."

The small boy looked at the book and then at the big person standing over him. "Mister, why do you want this book?" the boy asked innocently and looked up at him.
((Dude I hope Ace isn't so evil as to kill a little kid who has something he knows nothing about.))

Suddenly Alastair appeared. "Stop it! You idiot." Alastair said and pushed Ace aside and teh rest of the Heartless before going to the boy. "Listen, we need that book, my friend over there is just bad at asking politely, so can you please give me the book?" Alastair asked the kid, who looked like he was going to cry. The kid nodded and handed Alastair the book before running off. "There, now is that so hard for you? To ask politely, before destroying a town?" Alastair asked grumpily.

Ace has his Keyblade dissapear as the boy runs off. "So aren't you working with Zach or did he fire you?" Ace asks confused at why Alistair is there.

"I will always be his knight, but I'm also here to make sure you don't do anything stupid." Alastair said simply, he didn't like what happened but Zach was counting on him to find Ace's weak point and then relay that info to him so he could exploit it.
((As a double agent, and you can't magically know he's out to topple Ace either.))

"The technical term is Dark Thorn, and he was only a Heartless for a short time, meaning you can only read a little of it, you won't be able to change the world drastically, but you can add to it." Alastair explained, having observed Zach working the book multiple times.
Tara was having such a wonderful dream, now she and Raine were sleeping soundly next to each other in the same bed. Tara woke up and rubbed her eyes a little before noticing there was something else in her bed. Is that Raine? Oh my God, he didn't, we didn't, did we? Tara thought and quickly checked herself to make sure, they hadn't. "Whew, for a second there I was worried how I was gonna explain this to my parents." Tara said to herself in relief.
