No way the sharingan is opening again. But I thought we have less than five Sharigan users atm though? So shouldn't it be opened or is there a new limit? Jade (Kazekage), Sosay (Raikage), Inazuma (Cloud Chuunin), Taiji (Leaf Chuunin), and Lordtares (Mist Saanin) ARE our five Uchiha.

Currently, five exist, therefore, no more can be added. I realize that you are captain, Zane, but if I see a valid inconsistency that I can correct, I will do so as a crew member intent on keeping this guild a successful and orderly guild.

As well, this prevents arashikage from having to rewrite his RP sample for a bloodline that is not available, rather than rewrite it only to be told that it was all for naught. Now, I think we're starting to annoy Lilly with our posts, so lets start talking in PM or the gaia instant chat after this post. Sorry about that, Lilly.

@Arashikage2:Denied!The information section was good, informative and you even added in the guild limits. Nice. As for your rp sample, it didn't really show all that the sharigan poccesses. You mentioned it turned your eyes crimson and saying that you saw everything's a bit general and doesn't really say much about the bloodline ability. Try to mention how you can copy abilities or how it becomes easier to read movements due to the sharigan in your rp sample as well. You can also mention a bit of chakra drain as well as to incorporate the -1 chakra deduction that Uchiha members face for every post they keep the Sharigan active. Not a bad first try and good luck.

What do you know about it: It has 5 stages, Sharingan(one tomeo, two tomeo, 3 tomeo), Mangekyou Sharingan(sasuke, Itachi, madara, Kakashi, Inzuna), and Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. It takes a life-or-death fight to unlock it, you must kill a Shringan user to unlock the Mangekyou Sharingan, and you must steal someone’s Mangekyou Sharingan to get the Eternal. You can go blind after using the Mangekyou Sharingan to much, forty posts for this guild. The Eternal Mankyou Sharingan eliminates the blindness. The only, canon, person that I can find that has the Eternal Mankyou Sharingan is Madara Uchiha.
Rp Sample
A young boy appeared in a clearing in the dense pine forest. He had a katana strapped across his back, and looked tired. This boy was Antonio Uchiha. Roughly three seconds later, five other Shinobi landed all around him, enclosing him in a circle. “There is no escape for you now traitor.” The leader of the Shinobi looked down at him scornfully. Antonio looked up grinning. “So, Kuro you finally caught me.” His tone was sarcastic and cocky. “Don’t talk to me that way traitor.”
In the tense few seconds that their conversation had lasted, the other Shinobi came in closer to Antonio. “I would back away if I was you.” His tone changed from being sarcastic and cocky, to being venomous and deadly. “Katon, Kaen Hisame no Jutsu.” Antonio charged his chakra into his right hand. He raised it above his head and sent fireballs onto the other Shinobi. They knew what he was going to do, and did the appropriate counter-measures. “That’s not gonna work.” Kuro was still looking at Antonio scornfully. “I know. Just trying to gauge how quickly I can kill each and every one of you.”
The shinobi started to laugh. "You're pretty cocky, but you will die here." They each through a kunai at him. He wasn't fast enough to block all of them, but he blocked the ones aimed towards his chest. Three kunai pierced him in the back and made him fall. Blood started to pull around him. "Don't let me die here. Let me kill them all."
The shinobi stood right above him. They flipped him over, after taking out the kunai from his back so not to kill him. When his body was flipped over they all backed away. His eyes was crimson red and they each had a black comma in them. "The Sharingan." The other shinobi were surprised. They each backed up a good foot.
Antonio stood up and felt a slight chakra drain. He saw their movements a few seconds before the other shinobi made them, which is how he killed one with his own kunai. Antonio had grabbed it out of his hand and stabbed him in his throat. The others back away even more. Antonio drew his sword and slashed three of them across the chest before they could move. The last one, Kuro, jumped back five feet. He started to do the hand signs for chidori. Antonio copied his exact movements.
With two chidori's crackling in the air they attacked each other. Antonio had the upper hand and won. His left arm was hit slightly by Kuro's chidori, but Kuro was hit in the chest and died instantly. Feeling more drained of chakra than before, Antonio ran off to a cave and passed out there.

What you know about the clan/bl: I know the clan uses Fuuton and Suiton chakra together to create the Hyouton element in a process similar to the Senju clan using Doton and Suiton to create Mokuton. The clan ended with Haku in the canon storyline because of the bloodline extermination that happened in Kirigakure. Fire doesn't seem to work very well against Hyouton jutsu. Kishimoto didn't go into too much about the clan since Haku was the sole heir and it died with him. Hmmm...
Rp Sample: It was a quiet night, excellent for the hunt. The sounds of treetops rustling would break through the silence as the silhouette of a young man streaked across the skyline. The young shinobi could smell his prey, there were two of them... both traitors. Kirigakure didn't take too kindly to defectors, the potential loss of village secrets was too much of a risk to let them live. He kept his calm, he needed to be observant after all. And then he spotted it, broken twigs and crushed leaves... a tell-tale sign of movement, they were close by. These defectors weren't too smart. His eyes sharpened as he brought up his right hand in preparation.
He could hear them on the level of the treetops just below him and quickened his pace. Soon they came into sight, he decided it best to quietly stalk his prey before taking them out. He watched and learned their habits before figuring it was time to take out the first member, he performed the necessary hand seals and used the technique, Mizu Peretto. It was subtle, aimed directly at the bottom of his victim's feet, just enough to wet the sole of the shoes. After all he didn't want to scare the other off his other prey. As soon as the first traitor's feet touched the next tree branch the hunter would perform the seal and freeze the water on his victim's shoes, effectively stopping him in place. The victim, disoriented, began to quickly panic and called for help. His ally turned around only to see his comrade's skull be pierced with a make-shift senbon forged from frozen spit. Fear setting in, the second defector tried to flee. Unfortunately this was the most exhilarating part of the hunt for the hunter... the chase. The temperatures would begin to drop, things would get cold for the runner now feeling the intense pressure of his unknown stalker. A fog would begin to roll in, the trademarked Kirigakure assassination technique. It seemed the hunter was done playing around and was ready to finish his target. With his vision blurred from the fog the defector never saw what hit him... literally. He'd run right into what seemed like a frozen wall, more particularly it was a mirror. The Hyouton clan's signature technique, Makyou Hyoushou. It was a long set up, but the young hunter utilizing the mist orchestrated his opponent skillfully into a path that led to a large lake. The prey had been fooled from the start, and now the defector's fate was sealed. Flowing from mirror to mirror, thousands of senbon rained upon the traitor skewering him into pieces. Now that his victim was dead and the fun was over, the young Hyouton revealed himself. "Fu. Good riddance ya' hear?" He said with an almost unfitting accent as he viewed his prize, he was sure to be rewarded quite well for 'bucks' this size.

@Arashikage2: It seems better and you've incorporated what I mentioned but I still feel that its lacking something. It might be best to describe more the ability and techniques you're using. To just say you copied is a bit unrealistic and doesn't say much. Anyhow, I'm going to leave the decision up to my co-approver, Jade who also has a Uchiha rpc. She might be able to give better insight or better yet, she'll approve it.
@Azeiel: I'll get back to you asap. Unless Jade beats me to it.

Arashikage: Denied Well, if there was only one stage of the Sharingan, then it'd be alright. As the members grow and reach more tomoe, new effects are unlocked. Check Stage 2 and 3, put into play what's there, and them we'll see. Sorry to put you through this, but I want to make sure you understand the bloodline alright?

What you know about the clan/bl: The bloodline allows the user to copy techniques to almost complete precision. The Sharingan also allow one to increase their awareness as well but they may not be able to react fast enough to fast moving opponents. This dojutsu also has the ability to see the chakra system but not as clear cut as the byakugan. The Sharingan has three stages in it's basic form. The one tomoe is the first of all basic forms and is gained when one loses a loved one and is devastated greatly by it or through great personal strife. The second tomoe is gained through training over time. At this stage the user is now able to so see the chakra outline and has a bit more awareness. The third is gained through a life or death situation. At the three tomoe stage one is more aware than the first and his able to copy jutsu with ease. They can see the chakra outline the same however.
The advance level of the three tomoe is the Mangekyou Sharingan. This Sharingan can only be gained by killed a best friend or someone you hold dear to you. The Mangekyou Sharingan's form is different between everyone in it's shape and form. This allows the use powerful of techniques, such has Ameratsu, Tsukiyomi and Sussano. But there is a consequence to these techniques as the user's eyesight begin to deteriorate under the circumstances. It continues to decrease after each use until the user goes blind. To keep this from happening, one must obtain another Mangekyou users eyes to make an eternal mangekyou sharingan.
The Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan has been said to have the ability to control Bijuu. It has all of the abilities of the Mangekyou users form plus the ones he took from the other person. This eye never goes blind and the eye changes form to combine the two Mangekyous. This eye is considered an achievement in the shinobi world.

Mifune stood in a sparring match against one of his comrades. It was normal training exercise like any other day, but Mifune was being serious like always. He stretched his limbs to try and calm his beating heart and emotions. He always got rowdy inside before a fight it would seem, as he figured it was just his excitement. Looking at his opponent he nodded to him. "Ready when you are brother." He said waiting for his friend to get ready. He closed his eyes for a second before opening them. As he slowly opened his eyes they were different.
Normally they were a bright green, but now they were a dark blood red crimson. Each of his eyes contained a set of two tomoe seals each. He had come quite a way since he had first gained access to his sharingan. He used to only be able to barely see through minor genjutsu and could only glimpse the next moves of his enemies but now he had gotten pretty good at reading his enemies moves and adjusting accordingly. He had also gained the ability to see the chakra around a person even its colors and distinguish different peoples' chakra signatures. His opponent was an old friend of his, one who shared a fire affinity but was not of the Uchiha bloodline. In any such case, Mifune still considered him his brother in arms and in peace.
Mifune's Opponent nodded for the single to go and took off with the first move. Firing off the bat with a few hand signs he announced his first jutsu. "Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Flower Technique) " He said while shooting 3 small fireballs at Mifune. He stood stationary to see what Mifune would do. This was only the first move of the battle and this would probably be drawn out between a Bloodline jutsu and Ninjutsu.
Mifune saw the fire coming at him and did a few handsigns at about the same speed. "Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Sphere Technique)" He said while blowing fire out of his mouth to protect him from the flames. He did not stop their however, he reached behind him to take out the two windmill shuriken he always carried with him. With the attached strings on them, he threw the large Shuriken at his opponent. The large Shuriken flew around the sphere of fire and was headed straight for his opponent. He had hoped that his friend would be able to dodge it. He now attempted the Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi [ Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade ].
The opponent saw what Mifune had done and he thought it was pretty clever. He did not have time to admire it however as the battle has just opened with Mifune's attack. He jumped out of the way thinking he was safe. He kept moving however and did his next set of handsigns. "Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)" He announced as he blew and hurled a large fireball at Mifune. Now he had hoped Mifune had an answer for this.
Mifune continued to manipulate the Shuriken, even though his friend had dodged it, he seemed to think they kept going in the same direction. His heart beat was rising. However, he saw his friends next move and use his Sharingan to predict the next movement. Moving left early to avoid the the fireball he manipulated the strings to catch him off guard. The fire however caught one of the Shuriken and sent it flying past his friend. He kept the last one under his control the best he could and aimed for the legs with the string.
Mifune's opponent didn't see it coming at first but the Windmill Shuriken had caught him off guard. It was then that he realized he was to late. Feeling a string wrap around one of his legs, he tried jumping but it was no use. He went into the air only to be pulled back down. Now the battle was almost over if Mifune choose to finish it.
Mifune smirked that his friend had forgotten about his technique. He did the handsigns for the Ryuuka no Jutsu [ Dragon Fire Technique ] and stopped. "The match is over." He said speaking knowing that his friend had no way of escaping. The fire would just travel down the string. He deactivated his Sharingan and walked over to help his friend up. "Good match" He said shaking his hand with a smile.
