~Rasxa~
Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> First District-->In Front of the Cafe~ Upon helping the man up, Rasxa noticed that his hand felt like sand. "Might I inquire as to who you are? And what is the nature of your, ah, business with our group? You seem to be in quite a hurry to engage with us." Window asked the man. "Please, let me come with you, my business is the Heartless. They... took something from me... something dear... I want them to pay for it... I know I'm a bit clumsy, but I'm a decent fighter--not to mention my various other skills and experiences I've learned throughout my lifetime. I could be of great help to your group." His face lit up like a lantern filled with a thousand fireflies. "I'm sorry. I never told you my name. My name's Krad. It's a pleasure to meet all of you." After an introduction like that, Rasxa couldn't find any evil or uncouth intent in Krad's intentions. Smiling, Rasxa relaxed, the numbers disappearing from around his hand as it became still. "You and I... we have the same purpose. Or almost the same purpose. The Heartless took the only two things precious to me in this universe. I intend to get them back. I'm sure that you can come along, right Window?" He said, looking back at the older man, grinning as if he was about to tell a big joke. I'm still going to keep tabs on him, he could turn dangerous at any time. I think I shall make myself a guardian of this group, even with my last dying breath, I will protect them! He thought, the light of determination coming into his eyes. ~That little spark you have, protect it, for if you don't, someone will come and snuff it out~

Xelizar, in such a hurry as he fluttered through the gummi hangar to his odd, lopsided ship, "The Zephyr", had failed to notice the man that had tumbled into it. With a beat of his wings, he soared up to the open cockpit and took off towards the next world on his checklist. He seemed rather disgusted...no...disappointed at the people here. It seemed like a game. Lazirex was a hero, and not a one could help him. Simply disappointing, but it was a trope. It wasn't any different anywhere else. As he ship spun off into the sky, he rammed his keyblade into cockpit floor and slowly altered the colorscheme of his ship. While its orange and gray appearance was once appealing, he wanted more structure. An algorithm. He worked in his mind an expanding fractal, perfect in nature. Red and gold with magnificent purple streaks fluttering back the engines and exhaust.

[Gah! Sorry I haven't posted, school's been killer. ><]~Window~ [Traverse Town] Hmm, this person...well, he seemed honest enough. And they had only met Rasxa this morning as well. Even though Window hadn't had a proper amount of interaction with them to better judge their character, he didn't see the harm in having one more person. Besides, it'd be one more person from whom Window could learn more about the outside worlds. The man nodded in response to Rasxa's inquiry. "Of course you are welcome to join us, Krad. Though, I must warn you, my own journey is...lacking a firm direction, so please do feel free to depart when you find that which you seek. However, in the time being, I offer you my humble company. I do look forward to our time together, however long the will of the universe deems that to be," he finished with a slight bow. "Now that Solaris Teodolis and Aerith have returned, we will departing momentarily. Do you require any extra items before we leave? If not, let us continue to the gummi hangar."

~.~Dark~.~ ””…fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. The one who has inflicted the injury must suffer the same injury.” ” [Traverse Town ~.~ First District]"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Krad repeated joyfully as he fell to his knees and prostrated, touching his forehead, nose, and palms to ground, before the members of the group in respect. "You wont regret your decision!" While bowed with his face touching the ground, hidden from the others, a sinister smile stretched across the man's face as he fought back the laughter that was bubbling up inside of him. "Not now...," the raven haired man thought to himself. "Don't laugh now..."Once his facial expression had returned to its original joyful demeanor, Krad jumped to his feet with the biggest smile on his face; his teeth giving off a slight sparkle as he smiled. He enthusiastically raised his hand and gave the group a thumbs-up, then shouted with stars in his eyes, "I wont let you down! Huzzah!" The man remained frozen in that silly pose for several awkward seconds before the group began to speak once more. "Do you require any extra items before we leave?" asked Window. "If not, let us continue to the gummi hangar." "Oh?" said Krad as he turned to the gentleman. The darkly cladded man raised his hand to his chin and pinched down with the side of his index finger and thumb as he pondered about whether or not he had forgotten anything. After a short pause, Krad finally responded. "Nope. I believe I have everything I need. I am ready when you are."

[[TIMESKIPNOJUTSU]] [ Traverse Town : Gummi Hangar ]The group that planned to travel with Window had gathered in the Gummi Hangar. There, three ships were up for observation; Lazirex's ship for the strange Artificer, , Veone's (somewhat useless) ship off to the side (Cid had detected the coming impact and used some of Merlin's Magnet magic to draw him down into the Hangar safely), and a typical Highwind class Gummi. While the group waited back by the entrance to the Hangar, Aerith talked with Cid, who seemed a bit miffed at something else; every once in awhile, he glanced over to Lazirex and Baitos, and to Lazirex's ship.
After a few minutes of talking, Aerith finally thanked Cid and gave the older man a kiss on the cheek. Though he seemed to blush somewhat, his eyes trained over to Youni, an analytical look in his eyes- as if, should he look away, he might have missed her forever.
"Everything's set!" Aerith said with a smile as she walked over to Window's group. She pointed behind her to the Highwind Gummi. "That one's yours, and it's ready to board. It may look small, but Cid's fitted it with some extra room in the lower areas to allow for more people to fit in. And since few of you have actually used a gummi, he left an instruction manual in the cockpit for you with some basic controls."[[Also, for the sake of the Time Skip, I'm going to have to assume Jiraal ran off, since I don't think he, Merlin, and Kuroda would have just stared each other down for this long. If anyone still in town needs Merlin, he should be wandering around the First District, probably getting a 'spot of tea' at the cafe.]]

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> Gummi Hanger~ Rasxa grinned, wondering if he would be allowed to drive the Gummi ship. "Oh this is going to be fun. I hope that you guys won't have too much trouble with the Heartless here, Aerith." He said, his facial expression flowing from a somewhat excited and mischievous look to one of care and concern. Then a sudden grin appeared on his face and he walked quickly up to the ship, heading inside of it. I wonder... where we are going next. I will possibly have to consult the map on board. He thought, searching around inside for it. ~That little spark you have, protect it, for if you don't, someone will come and snuff it out~

~Window~ [Traverse Town::Gummi Hangar] As Rasxa eagerly headed into the ship, Window turned toward the kind woman in pink. "Aerith, I had nary an inkling that our quite-literal run-in would twist our lives together in this way. I...cannot thank you enough for your aid." The man solemnly inclined his head in thanks and gratitude. "It is my sincere wish that we meet again one day, hopefully in happier circumstances." Not forgetting his manners, Window called over to the blonde man in the corner, who he presumed was Cid. "And many thanks to you as well for this! Please know that we will be sure to keep this gummi in good care." He hadn't missed Cid's gaze at Youni, which made Window look down at the young girl as well. He still had his misgivings about his own abilities, but he had already made his decision. Window set his face into an uncharacteristic look of determination and stared back at Cid. I will keep Youni in good care as well his eyes seemed to say. They were not making a mistake. Youni was not making a mistake, putting her care in his hands. He had to believe that, and live up to it. The gummi ship awaited. It was time to say farewell. "Then, I guess we must part ways, Aerith. May good fortune shine upon you and keep you protected. Until we meet again." If Youni had anything left to say, Window would let her come on board on her own; but if she didn't, he would put a gentle hand upon her back and guide her inside. Without looking back, Window walked toward the gummi, hiding his fascination and fear, each step echoing loudly in his ears as he became aware that these were his last few footsteps on this world. He climbed inside the gummi, unsure of what his eyes were going to see next.

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> Gummi Ship~ Rasxa laughed, bursting out of a messy pile, which he had made searching for a map. "Look! Look what I found! I found a map!" He said, excitedly waving the map around just as Window came in. Rasxa then glanced down, to see his feet and up to below his knees were covered in multiple stuff that was in the closet. Giggling hysterically, he remarked, "Oh, I guess I made a little mess... I better clean it up. First, Window, please take the map." Not waiting for an answer, Rasxa shoved the map into Window's hands and began to clean up the mess around him, packing stuff away carefully in the closet. ~That little spark you have, protect it, for if you don't, someone will come and snuff it out~

Nalo
"A map, hume? Wonderful. I know the next stop, all we need is a captain. Window, I would be honored if you took this role. You seem quite the eager explorerer." Nalo took a small delight in elongating his 's's. They made an amusing tingle to him. Nalo, without thinking, intercepted the map and opened it up. "This...this doesn't seem right. Some of these worlds aren't in the same spot when I came through. But, never worry, I'm sure we'll find our way...hmmmmm....here!" He said, pausing slightly to scan the page. "Well, whenever everyone is ready, we'll be heading to see the great Wizard Yen Sid. I've heard of him when I was travelling even out in Ivalice. He and Merlin, I'd think, would be our best attempt to finding Window's home."
With two hands, Nalo handed the rolled up map to Window and gently tugged him close. "Rasxa certainly is a curious hume, no?" Nalo slumped down onto the floor, his long white hair ruffled about him. With a smile, he shook his head and it readjusted across his face, still tickling his cheeks.

Solaris Sorry......I'll be taking my leave now.
{Traverse Town : Gummi Hanger}
Although Solaris had been gone from the group for only a short time, they had already acquired a new member. More people to make him uneasy. More people to have to adjust to. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to go with them...but it would be what his master wanted. So he would at least fulfill that desire of his.
Standing at the back of the group, he waited for a few to board before turning to Aerith. Bowing to her slightly, he spoke softly while bowed. "Thank you for all your kindness that you've shown me. I greatly appreciate it. I hope to be able to see you again soon." After that, he turned and followed the rest up to the ship. As soon as he entered, he found the group discussing their next destination. Another great wizard.
Walking over to Nalo, he knelt beside him, not touching him, but close enough to feel relief through his presence. "I'd never realized just how many powerful wizards existed. Is this Yen Sid really that great?" He asked, not looking at Rasxa as he was still feeling quite bad about the ill placed thunder spell.

~.~Dark~.~ ””…fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. The one who has inflicted the injury must suffer the same injury.” ” [Traverse Town ~.~ First District]Krad entered the hanger with widened eyes, amazed at the sight before him! "OOOH!" he belowed, pressing his hands against his cheeks as his body swayed much like a worm wiggled. "What an amazing sight!" He walked over to their gummi ship in wonderment, appreciating its craftsmanship as he inspected every nook and cranny--flickering from one side of the ship to the other as if teleporting. "The inside must look just as amazing," he said to no one in particular as he marched into the gummi ship. Once inside, he noticed everyone had become comfortable--plotting about their next destination as one snatched a map from the other. Krad noticed Solaris' peculiar body language--how he kept just enough space between him and Nalo told the man he either wasn't comfortable with the other gentleman or he did not enjoy human contact, and the way he spoke to Rasxa but did not attempt at making eye-contact told him Solaris felt guilty about something he had done earlier. Dark grinned. He'd be sure to remember that for later... Krad took a seat at the closest available chair, looking around the control room with the same wonderment from before. "It's amazing! I can't wait to see it fly!"

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> Gummi Ship~ Rasxa looked up when he was done with cleaning up to notice Solaris. Not really knowing what to say, Rasxa looked away, his visage quickly clouding with sadness. "So... we are going to see Yen Sid next? That's going to be fun. I've never met him personally, but I've heard about his powers, no matter how far out I travel." His tone was slow, his sadness mingled with his admiration. To think that there are some people who can even move worlds, or so they say! That must be some power otherwise they wouldn't talk like that. He thought watching others board and then Krad, who was amazed by the Gummi Ship came on. He promptly went over and sat in the closest seat commenting in wonder, "It's amazing! I can't wait to see it fly!" Rasxa smirked. So naive of the way of traveling these days isn't he. He thought, having ridden Gummi Ship's since they came out, which wasn't that long ago. "Yeah... Krad, just think what would happen if we ran into a rock... we might get smashed to smithereens. That's why we need a terrific pilot so we can avoid dying or crash landing. I bet if we crash landed this thing we would get personally murdered by Cid." A grin with a mischievous glint in his eye with a followed wink followed that tale of death and gloom. His tone was one as almost dead serious but not quite. ~That little spark you have, protect it, for if you don't, someone will come and snuff it out~

NαlΘ
Nalo gave the rather socially awkward mage a quick hug before saying, "Yes. Yen Sid was mentioned on my planet too. He's known, but almost never seen. So, two things could happen: We get there and Window is shown his way home, or he blasts us to a smoldering piles of ashes." Nalo stood up and wandered over to the control panel. "Hey, look." He said, brandishing a small book. "It looks like a manual. So, who feels like learning to fly?"

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> Gummi Ship~ Looking over at Nalo, Rasxa grinned and replied, "Sounds like I should, since I'm among the most knowledgeable of travel around here... right?" He looked around for anyone to answer or contradict him. Plus if something goes wrong on the Gummi Ship, it will be my fault entirely. He thought, going over and taking the manual. He went over to an empty seat and started reading, studying each page. Once he caught on to the subject, Rasxa flipped through the pages faster than one could possibly read it. ~That little spark you have, protect it, for if you don't, someone will come and snuff it out~

~Window~ [Traverse Town::Gummi Hangar] The interior of the gummi was unlike anything Window had ever seen before. Well, maybe that was a bit exaggerated. It seemed that buttons, dials, and steering controls were a universal feature of mechanical technology, even if the idea of a ship that flew through space wasn't. The man became a little too engrossed at taking in his surroundings, unintentionally tuning out the rest of the group as they boarded the gummi. However, his attention was diverted as Rasxa was suddenly in his face, giggling like a madman. Glancing behind, Window saw the messy pile from which the young one had emerged, though Rasxa was quick to catch his look and promised to clean it up. Now this yellow-haired youngster was quite the enigma...sometimes utterly emotionless, and other times, like now, he had an overabundance of it. As in the restaurant, Rasxa seemed to have an element of emotional unpredictability. It was something to note for future reference. Just as Window grasped the proffered map, Nalo came from behind and took it from his hands. Well, now that was a bit r---..." he began to think before he realized that Nalo had done it not knowing about Window's own set of manners. Besides, it's not as if one could stay mad with Nalo for long. Window internally scoffed at the idea of him being captain, but it was testament to how much faith Nalo had in him. This thought pleased Window, but he felt guilty for indulging in such egotistical pride. "Me? Captain? I am not sure if I am worthy for such a position. And who is this Yen Sid? He is another wizard like Merlin?" His heart felt a little torn upon hearing that there was at least one more wizard out there, meaning there was one more chance that Window's excursion out into the universe might be shortened, whatever his misgivings about the traveling experience. The Viera gently pulled Window closer and said, "Rasxa certainly is a curious hume, no?" Though Window felt the same exactly, he didn't want to appear rude, so he simply gave a noncommittal noise that he hoped would be construed as consent anyway. Looking down at Nalo on the floor, Window's heart gave a loud thump. The way the light in the gummi ship reflected off of Nalo's flowing tresses reminded him of their first meeting yesterday and the way the lamplight shone on it then. However, at that moment Solaris entered and knelt close by Nalo, engaging him in conversation. Window took the opportunity to go back over to the main console, map in hand (after Nalo had returned it). Krad, too, came in, a picture of wide-eyed exuberance. Make that two curious companions onboard. Immediately, Window began to study the map. He wasn't very familiar with cartography, let alone astronomy, which was almost like cartography of the skies. Plus, again, that sort of subject was borderline taboo...making Window feel a bit uncomfortable with the whole thing. It seemed easier to fly the ship. But...well, he wasn't on his world, was he? And the others thought it was a quotidian experience, it seemed. Window might as well make the effort to fit in and be useful somehow. Window called over, "Nalo, you know our destination, yes? Or at least its general direction? Would you be so kind as to point it out again? I think that, for this beginning section of the journey, it would be best for you to help coordinate our path of flight, since you are more familiar with the location of this Yen Sid." Plus, while they were in flight, Window was going to ask how exactly one read these star maps. There were charts among the piles of documents and accessories Rasxa had pulled out of the closet, if Window's eyes didn't deceive him. Though they might be a little outdated since the worlds had shifted (which seemed to be a strange astronomical anomaly in itself), the basic information and the map-reading skill would be useful. It would be a good way to pass the time. It seemed that everyone was onboard and ready to leave. Window tried to keep himself from nervously pacing around or bouncing on the balls of his feet in anticipation. "Well, Rasxa, if you think you have a fair grasp on the basics of gummi ship maneuvers, then, when you are ready, please take us up." And, as soon as Rasxa finished with the gummi handbook, Window was going to take his own crack at it. He sourly recounted the last battle in Traverse Town and feeling helpless as the others around him fought for their survival. Window set his mind in firm resolution. He may be naive right now, but this would not be so for long. He was going to make the most out of this experience. Even without fighting experience or weapons, he was going to be someone to take note of, not just a useless body. And if that meant being a gummi ship expert, then that's what he'd do. Anything to help. Well, it was time to leave behind this transient town and head off for different skies. "And with that, let us be off. As you will, Rasxa."
