Takiko just shook her head in reply to his questions. "No, not really." 'Not really' for Takiko just meant she felt pain, but she would live, and there is no reason for him to worry. Takiko was continuing to examine the one major wound. She placed her hand in an area of her leg near the wound, feeling that it was tender. The pain made a hiss come from clenched teeth. "Damn... Those things are annoying."

Crow gave her a worried expression. He sighed and rubbed the back of his head, "Wish I can help you out there....I'd bring you some ointment or something for it, but I can't afford to leave you here."He looked out the door and into the hallway. He shook his head and looked back to Takiko.

Takiko looked at him, a warm smile across her lips. "It's okay. You got the bullets out, now I have to just heal." She was very optomistic for the fact that there could be another ambush, remembering that they had not yet been attacked by lycans. The fact that they could get an ambush the size of the one last night, or bigger, frightened her a bit. She had always seen lycans as a lot more stronger than vampires, being their brutality in their kills.

Crow gave her an akward smile. He was worried, his fatigue would hinder his performance tonight. There would be another attack, as a matter of fact he could smell the Lycans nearing the area. "Takiko....Listen to me....You should know by now that Lycans are brutal beyond belief....When they fight there is no defense, just beat the s**t out of the target. Unless you have silver of some sort, then I'll have to fight them alone...."Crow said quietly with a nod.

Her pitch black eyes began to change back to her usual crimson color. It took a little bit longer than expected, but it must have been her worry for the UV that made her forget to calm down. When she looked at him, it was a look of worry. "You won't be fighting them alone. I'll be fighting with you, at your side." Takiko expected injuries worse than these with the next raid. She has seen many times how they fight. It was terrifying.

Crow stared at her long and hard. He was afraid. His fatigue was growing by the minuite. He looked lazily to the door, his body was trembling slightly. "Damn it all...."He said quietly while looking back at Takiko. He knew full well that she would be with him in battle, with a leg or without. A slow smile crept over his face as he leaned down to press his lips against her's, he wanted to savor the moment of peace they had.
((Mind if I bring in the NPC's now?))

Takiko noticed how tired he was. Besides her leg, Takiko was fine. "Crow... You should sleep for a while." She knew if they were in a fight, they were both going to die if they did not rest. "I'll keep watch." She moved herself off the table. It wasn't a very comfortable table, but it would be better than nothing.

Crow shook his head, "No, no it's fi--"He was cut off by the sound of a distant howl. "s**t...."He heard a window burst open not too far from where they were standing, it was in the building already. He quickly checked the scents in the air, there were about four, maybe five in the area. He handed her the Desert Eagle once more, "This won't kill them, but it'll pack a punch...."Crow said quietly. He would have to muster up all his strength for this one. This was just a small force of Lycans, and it was probably going to be the hardest.

A shiver went down Takiko's spine when she heard the howl. With Desert Eagle in hand, Takiko forced herself to stand. It was painful, but she would manage. When she looked at Crow, her smile had vanished and it was replaced with a look of horror mixed with worry. This would be much harder, with her wounded, and Crow tired. Even besides the fact lycans were more ruthless than any vampire.

It pained him to see her stand, he knew she couldn't handle a Lycan with the condition she was in. "Be careful....I don't want to lose you...."He said touching only her hand. And with that, he dashed out and transformed, getting down on all fours. He saw the Lycan ahead of him, the Lycan was brown in fur and was only smaller by a few inches. With his own howl, Crow dove and tackled the Lycan. Both were thrown into a frenzy of biting, clawing and snarling as they rolled around on the ground.

"You won't. I promise." Takiko did not exactly promise that she would end this in one piece, with the limited movement that she had. Along with the strong scent of blood coming from her leg. After she watched him leave, she held the Desert Eagle, ready for anything to come through the door.

Kamahl had taken a different path out of Las Noches tonight. He wanted to get to know more of the city that he now called home. The full moon shown brightly down on the dim areas in the alleyways and into the abandoned homes in the residential area. "Dammit...."
A series of distant howls resounded in the night air and this only meant one thing.....young ones were out on the hunt now. Kamahl quickened his pace a little so he could get closer to where the younglings were. After jogging about five or six blocks, he got to a building where their scent was very strong. With ease, he jumped up to a second story catwalk and lifted himself up to a nearby window. He watched inside as the battle began to unfold.

There was another crash of a window breaking. A Lycan rushed down the hall, black as night and taller then the Lycan Crow was fighting. If anything, Crow was at eye-level with him. The Lycan stepped into the doorway Takiko was in, he glared at her with malice filled eyes. It let out a low snarl as it slowly made it's way forward.
Crow kicked off the other Lycan, it toppled to the ground and rolled to a stop. Crow gave it no time to think, in an instant Crow jumped up and landed on the Lycan, grabbing it by the neck. His grip was hard and intense. He started to pull up on the Lycan's head, he was aiming to end it's life in one of the more painful ways.

Kamahl broke through the window that was nearest to him. Luckily, it was the room where Takiko was located in. He landed on the emaciated floor on all fours and slowly stood up, revealing himself at 6'7" and 265 pounds. With a pissed look in his eyes, he watched as the youngling lycan entered the room.

Takiko took a few steps backwards, just from the sheer surprise of seeing a lycan, and as large as it was. Takiko limped her way back a few more steps, the Desert Eagle held at the ready. Once she tried to ignore her fear, she fired of the gun once, aimed at its chest. Takiko was not sure how many rounds the Desert Eagle had left, so she used them sparingly. The scent of her blood remained strong as she felt more of it trickle down her leg.
