She nodded and stretched a little, her shirt sliding up a little as she did so. "What shall we do with my two days off?"

He chuckled and kissed her forhead. "YOU can take a nice long bath, eat good food, receive frequent messagess from me, laze about in bed, read a book, knit anything not high strung or overly active. This is the de-fuse period my love."

She smiled and chuckled, thinking about it. "That bath idea sounds really good. Would it be too much to ask to go run me one while I look for some stuff in my other room?"

He shook his head "Of course not, i'm spoiling you for the next 48 hours, duhh....." he teased and left to get that started.

She chuckled and got out of bed, going over to her old bedroom and fetched her feminine things before meeting him in the bathroom. "Thank you." She said as she watched him finish getting her bath ready.

He kissed her cheek and smiled "My pleasure, you just relax and enjoy the break alright?" he said "I'll leave you to it." he said walking out, though he kept looking back, he couldn't get enough of that pretty face.

She smiled and closed the door, forgetting to lock the door as she stripped and slid into the bath with a content sigh.

Kirai coughed. She heard creaking and looked above her, the fire had spread to the ceiling. Edward, please... Now, the panic hit her. She ran from room to room, ripping out drawers from dressers and wardrobes, looking for absolutely anything. The smoke was so thick, she was feeling light headed. In the back of the tree house, Kirai collapsed to the floor and grabbed at her throat. A cold sweat glistened her pale white skin. Her large blue eyes closed for yet a second before she forced them open again. There was more creaking, and the ceiling behind her collapsed, sending several sparks and a wave of intense heat at her. The glass windows in the tree house shattered from the flames.
As everything was burning and falling apart around her, and as Kirai was ready to silently give in, she saw Nature standing in front of her. Her eyes opened wide and she pushed herself into a kneeling position and bowed, even now. Her voice was strong as if to over-ride the loud roar of the fire and of the walls, floor and ceiling collapsing in all around her. "Please. my Goddess, unless today be your will for my death, do not allow me to die from your hand-" For a second, it suddenly became peaceful... Rosette could not hear anything around her, and she saw the Goddess gently lower herself to her knee and rest her soft perfect hand on Kirai's tear stained cheek.
The tree house collapsed.

Salazar continued to laugh and did even more so when the tree fell over. "HA!" He shouted, feeling joyous. "Time's up Kirai, and I came out on top! Edward doesn't give two shits about you does he? No, to him you're just another notch on the belt. An object. A toy. Well, not that it matters anymore. Because you're going to die. And I killed you!" Deep from his chest came another monstrous laugh, this one having a demonic tone to it. "Goodbye Kirai, I'm sure we'll meet again in hell."

The tree house was in mid fall as Edward managed to jump into the tree house near Rosette. He had managed to find her as the house crashed, and wrapped her up in his jacket, to shield her from the sun, she appeared to be unconscious. Edward fought through the smoke, and was burned over two thirds his body, but managed to bring Rose out of the burning wreckage, and moved her to a safe location.
"You fool..." He called to Salazar. "You know not the workings of how the world works, nor the thoughts and feelings of others. One lacking a heart cannot understand." Edward drew his swords. "Come at me coward, let this be a contest of men, if you could call yourself that."

"Edward!" Salazar roared out, grinning with glee. "I was beginning to think you wouldn't show up." Fire enwrapped his hands as he spoke, slowly forming into his weapons of choice. As he spoke, he started towards Edward. "You question my manhood? Someone is certainly feeling bold today. Perhaps it was your ventures last night that has given you such arrogance." By now he was only ten feet away. "Well, I wouldn't be so quick to be cocky, taking 200 years to get laid isn't much of an achievement." Finally, he was face to face with him, only a foot separating them. "I figure that I could have done it in at least 150." With a snap of Salazar's finger Edward was washed with a fire of healing, ironic due to the thing that had injured him. "Turn around, ten steps back."

Blithe dawned her cloak again, hidded in the dark fabric and focused on prootection, at any cost. She cared not for right or wrong, and as she neared she began to understand the situtation in full, Salazaar was no good at blocking his thoughts. He'd been trying to kill the children's mother, and this man was trying to protect her, dispite the fact Salazaar hated him almost as much.
She stood a good thirty feet away behind a tree, she'd step in when he needed her. Those girls WHERE NOT going to lose their father now too.

She was left alone, nobody ever came into that restroom except Jonah and now her. He didn't bother her. She soaked for about an hour before cleaning herself and getting out. She dried off and got dressed once again, brushing her long hair and putting it into a braid. She cleaned everything up before leaving the bathroom, going back to her old bedroom. She sat on the bed and looked at her stuff, thinking if she should go through it today or not.

Edward nodded, seeing that he healed his wounds. "The terms must be agreed upon in the duel before I turn and walk." Edward examined himself, making sure that Salazar didn't leave any wards around him that would leave him vulnerable. He found none. "Seeing as this would be a duel of honor, I would have to say magic would be forbidden, as well as projectiles. Anything else you would like to add?"
