 "Alright.. I understand. I'm sorry if I offended you Persephone." He said bowing his head. Jay's head turned towards the sound of Issa's stomach and chuckled. "I'm sorry everyone. Alow me to go and fetch you something to eat." He said walking to the back of the shop to whip something up. After cooking and putting the food on the plates he carried the plates out and put one in each cage. The food was fresh and smelt delisious. "Eat up everyone." Jay said smiling and then looked over at Jade. "Miss? Is there something I can help you with?" He asked softly and approtched her. As he walked his mind thought of Nino and he glanced over at the bathroom He heard the towlet flush but another sound of gagging fallowed right after it. He felt his heart dropp and he wanted nothing mor than to be by her side but he had to take care of the customers and the pets. (Lady you need to post mroe than just 3 simple sentances... -_-* Same goes for you Tiger. you posted just one long sentacne... None of that... We're trying to be literate here!)

[sorry about the short posts, a night of insomnia leaves me with little to work with, let's see if I can fix that]  "Er..." Jade stuttered, finally noticing the others, more than she had originally thought. "I'm um, lost and tired. I thought, well... um." What did I think?
She didn't, she was just too tired. She wasn't use to caring for herself now that he was gone. She stopped herself there when the pain ripped though her chest. Not coming up with much more that, she dropped her gaze to the floor, and braced herself for the blow for not answering the question.

Persephone sighed and shook her head. He was clearly a buisy man so she didn't press the issue. Looking down at the food dish she smiled at her salad, atleast it wasn't meat and it looked good. She sat on the moss floor and ate contently. When she was finnished she looked at her suroundings, wondering if Jay would mind what she'd done with her cage or if she continued to make it more livable. She gave a small smile and stood. Placing one hand on the bars she let ivy loop and lace along the sides of her cage. She grinned, enjoying the smell and look of new plants.

(You're character is a slave... Why is she walking in like a master...? mad confused ) "Ok.. Why don't you go ahead and have a-" Jay stopped and noticed the chams and collar around your neck. "You're a slave..." He said softly and approtched her. "Do you know who owned you before you came here...?" He asked softly and escorted her over to a chair and sat her down and looked down at her.

Now that was something she understood. She shoved the pain aside, nodding furiously. "Master takes care of me... Well, he did anyway. He's broken, er, dead?"
Her face twisted at the last word, she didn't care for it or the meaning it beared.
"That's what they said it was, when they took him away. But no one told me what to do, and... and..." She broke off, her words cracking. She didn't want to think about it anymore and her body shook with the effort to remain calm.

"Shhh... It's alright... You'll be safe here... Now... Why don't we get you setted in and you can rest.." Jay said opening a comphy cage and lead her inside. Jay then gently closed the door behind her and locked it. Jay picked up one of the food trays and placed it on the small table inside the cage. "Why dont' you eat alittle something and then you take a nap...?" He said softly and gestured to the large pillow that could double as a bed.

Jade bowed in thanks, not saying anything that would get her thrown back outside. She turned to the food, her stomach taking that moment to announce just how empty it was. She ate what she could, surprised at how good it tasted, and studied her new space. But once her eyes fell to the pillow she could do no more, and immediately laid down and went to sleep.

 Sekai NakaharaUse me to protect you... Sekai sat still within the shop, as many new face's came in her intrest's grew. Her eyes watched as each individual master came in, she then saw that new slaves were arriving also, it was odd she'd been here a while now and her spirits hadn't been broken yet but some of the so called new slave looked as docile as you could get 'why arn't they trying to break free?'' she thought as she watched some with annoyance.Use me to pleasure you...

Jade tossed and turned in her new found bed, her eyes searching behind closed lids. With a jerk and a moan, she sat upright in one quick motion. She relaxed as the last traces of her dream faded from her eyes and she recognized her surroundings. She crawled to a corner and gripping the bars in her hands, pressed her head against the cool metal.
"Not even in sleep... just stop.... don't even think about it..." The rest lost in a mumble conversation with herself.

The twins had never made habit of giving anyone an easy time with them. However, it could also be said that they had never been within such a high-class establishment before. At first, as per usual for the two, they could have cared less. They hissed, they scratched, they tried to bite. Having been shipped to this particular shop in a small iron cage, the two had been reasonably apprehensive. Once taken out and shackled, they had been cleaned, taken care of... they had even been given a change of clothes. It stunned the nekos. Of course, this didn't all pass so smoothly. A lifetime of habit is not so easily broken, and more than a few had new scratches over their flesh. However, compared to their previous record, Koyru and Nayuko were reasonably cooperative.
"It's so different..." Koyru muttered, pacing back and fourth in their new, spacious cage "So strange..." The black neko was frowning, though. Koyru was never one to be taken in by kindness. More than once a prospective master or mistress had tried to sway him with acts of generosity or kindness. But the spiteful neko was never moved. His brother, a white neko by the name of Nayuko, sat further in the back of the cell, seeming content to simply take everything in and not touch. But you will never be our master!

Persephone looked over to the next cage over, noticing the two twin nekos. She walked over and leaned on the bars between them. She tilted her head to the side. She'd never seen nekos before up close, only heard of them. "Hey, what are you in for?" She said jokingly, trying to brighten the mood.

We may be your slaves... At the same moment that the white furred Nayuko casually turned his ears and eyes to look at the female being in the cage next to them, Koyru leapt a foot in the air, spinning on his heel and hissing violently. It was more of a reaction than anything. While Nayuko tended to be calm, they were both exceedingly violent in nature. After a few moments of assessing the situation, and in the end concluding that there was no danger, Koyru slowly let his ears come up again from where they had been pressed against his head and eyed the girl curiously, fur still on end. He seemed puzzled by her question. Was she stupid? Why would she ask such a thing. Sadly, witty sarcasm was wasted on the uncultured brothers.
".....What??"But you will never be our master! (Artemis: I hope you don't mid that I changed the format. It was just stretching the page and it had a huge gap of emty space. If you don't like it I'll change it back)

Persephone bit back a laugh at the reaction, "Sorry if I startled you." She said with small smile, "Just, its sorta lonely being stuck in here, thought I'd get to know my neighbors." She stuck her arm through the bars, offering to shake either one of their hands, "My name is Persephone."

We may be your slaves... Koyru eyed the girls hand suspiciously. The black neko spent another few moments surveying her. She was in a cage... like them. They way she spoke seemed a bit bold, but it was obvious she was not a master. A slave then. Yes, that was fine. The twins bore no grudge against those who suffered their affliction. Koyru did not take her hand, but nodded to her.
"I'm Koyru." the black Neko explained, then pointed his chin towards the white neko "That's Nayuko. Tell me... Persephone? What sorta place is this?" Nayuko nodded in agreement with his brother from the back of the cage. But you will never be our master!

Jade cut off mid-ramble, her attention drawn to the commotion in the near-by cages. They had brought in two...
'Cats? Men? I'm doing it again...' She thought to herself, rubbing her eyes. 'The girl in the flowery cage was speaking to them, so they must be real'
So she watched, in her usual state of confusion and curiousness.
