Ginsa left to Hidden Rain, hearing all the commotion and hoping that his teacher may be there so he could see him in action if he was.

"Can I have 4 tickets to the Village Hidden in Time?" asked Exo. "What the hell? Are you joking? How is a boat supposed to take you through a portal?" asked the ticket clerk. "Well, fine! I'll have my summon fly me there! Because I'm a ninja! And I have a summon! You don't have much of anything sitting behind a counter all day! Which way is the portal?!" asked Exo. The clerk looked down with a gloomy expression and said, "It's in Hidden Leaf, under the Heads of Hokage..."

Nemu had felt she'd been in Hidden Sound long enough; she wouldn't broaden her horizons too much by staying in one place, would she? So she went to the docks, and looked over the list of times for the various boats' comings and goings. There were three boats that left shortly, so she looked them over. She'd already been to both Hidden Leaf and Hidden Nano, that left number three. Odd, though, she hadn't heard of it. Stifling a yawn, she purchased the ticket, and got onboard the boat. On her way to Hidden Slumber.

[...Two things, opposite and interacting...] Tsutae hung her feet over the side of the docks and looked out at the setting sun, a little sadly. Masunaga would be around to see her off soon. Masunaga had turned her memories of the school from horrible to... beautiful.
she lived in one of the most secretive villages in the land. She knew this. It was perfectly likely that she would never see him again.

[...Two things, opposite and interacting...] A calloused, hardened hand on Tsutae's shoulder made her quickly turn away from the sunrise and embrace her instructor, shedding the first tears she had in years.
A boater stared pointedly at them, and Masunaga patted Tsutae on the back, running his fingers over where her feathers were concealed by her shirt.
"We'll meet again," he said. "That's a promise, and ninja don't break promises. Now go, and don't look back. I want you to be something great when we next meet."
"To the eastern groves," said Tsutae to the boater, who nodded knowingly.
With that, Tsutae left the Academy, and never one looked back at the shores where she left her closest friend.
[...And neither can exist without the other...]
