Cain blinked. "...Okaaay...what the heck was that?!" It looked as though there was a fight between what looked like some form of Koori, and two other...people, for lack of a better word. And there was a few spots of blood on the floor, too.

Okay, I think I'd like to go back home now, Cain thought.

At that moment, Cain jumped; his cell-phone started vibrating in his pocket. He answered it, "Hello?"

"Hi, honey!"

"Oh, hi, Mom..."

"How are things, Cain?" his mother asked. "Uh...fine, I guess," he answered, trying to ignore a stray spot of blood on the floor. "Did you get to the school alright? You remembered to eat, right?"

"Yes, I'm fine, Mom," Cain answered, feeling right at home with his over-worried mother. "What about the other students? Are you sharing a room with anyone?" she continued. "Um, yeah," Cain answered, thinking back to Koori. "So, then, how is the kid?"

"I dunno, Mom--I just met her," Cain said. "Oh, it's a girl?" Cain's mother sounded extremely interested. "What's she like?"

"Um, well, she keeps to herself a lot," Cain said. "And...um...she likes animals..."

"That's nice to hear! You make sure to not make yourself a burden to her, you hear me? And help her if she needs it, okay? Even if she throws you to the wall, or something, be nice and help her!" Cain's mother said. "Listen, I have to go, but you be good, okay? Call me if you need anything, alright hon?"
"Alright, Mom,"
"Alright! I love you, hon! Take care!"

There, Cain's mother hung up.
Cain breathed. "Help her, huh?" he said. Back when he was in the room, Koori certainly looked like she needed help. I'm gonna help her, he decided. He didn't know what exactly he could to to help against a few....whatever-the-heck-those-things-were, armed with whatever-the-heck-they-had's, but he was going to do it.

With that thought, he ran out of the room.
Okay, he thought, If I was a demon, where would I pick a fight?!

The roof? No...too easy to get noticed.

The basement? No...to easy to get cornered.

The garden? The only sensible place to go!

With that, Cain continued his run to the garden.

Everything about the room was done in a traditional Japanese style. Her mother walked over to a chest that sat to one side of the room. She could tell that it was sealed with a sutra. Her mother knelt in front of it and bit her thumb until it bleed, running her thumb down the sutra, marking it with her blood. Right before her eyes Momo saw the sutra vanish and the chest open to reveal a bundle of white fabric.
"This kimono was made the day you were born. This will become your aura clothes, the only way you will be able to change between your two forms. If for any reason you don't have this or can't wear it you will be stuck in your earth form. Once you put this on you will need to focus you power into it. But I will warn you now that you will lose some of your memories. Mostly they will be of people and events that have happened since you started using your power at will, but this is the only side affect. Are you ready?" Her mother held out the white kimono, "This is the last time I will ask, is this what you want. If it is you can step behind that shoji screen to change." Momo just nodded and went to change. Once she was done she handed her mother's kimono back to her. "Let me change then I will show you how to take on your divine form," her mother then stepped behind the screen to change. She then emerged wearing her beautiful sakura covered kimono. "You know how to focus on your power right," Momo just nodded, she was too overwhelmed to speak. "Okay, then watch me first then I'll walk you through it." Her mother placed her hands together as if in prayer, seconds later sakura petals came out of nowhere to surround her. When they vanished, the woman standing there didn't look like her mother, but more like a classic Japanese woman from an old woodblock painting. "Okay, place your hands together as I did, and imagine your magic swirling around you. Only imagine them doing so, don't let it happen for real." Momo did as her mother told her, in her mind's eye she could see shadows dancing around her. Then all of a sudden it felt as if they had rushed at her, but she felt nothing. After that they seemed to disappear. When she opened her eyes she saw that her mother had summoned at full-length mirror in front of her. She couldn't help but gasp at the sight in the mirror, she looked so very different.

Torikimaru began to listne to the voices in his head. "I can't trust anyone." he said. he raised his fist and began to sing a small song he seemed to remember. When he was done, he said. "I can't trust anyone but myself." He got up and opend a portal to hell. "I can't trust anyone but myself." he kept saying as he walked through hell. Momo's face then falshed in his mind. "I...I can't seem to forget that girls face." he said. "If I see her again, I will have to get rid of her...So I will never have to think about her again." he said evily.

After wandering through hell for about an hour, he felt as if he should return back to earth. He opend a portal and appaerd in the nearly destroyed forest. "Time to train." he said.

Momo was walking back to her room after she had gotten something to eat. "Hey, Kyo, I brought you some food," she said as she entered the room. Her cat was sitting by the window looking out. "Kyo, come over here to eat," she said as she sat down on her bed and Kyo came running happy she was home and that she had food.
