Kagerou Project by Jin. It's a series of songs that tell a story. It's really popular and there's a manga adaptation, with an anime one on the way.

This song is about Ayano, a girl who committed suicide in an early song. She was originally just a side character, but she now has her own song, the one I linked, and apparently she knew a lot of the main characters.
