I have not really seen Hei in action. . . but everyone keeps saying he is rigged. He is not going to do something stupid and like attack everyone at once, is he? Because Neida is about to have fun, and if you interrupt that... Neida will have to.................... hurt Dante. xp

The only person that says he's rigged is Dai and no one cares what he says, so whatever.

anyways, Taigaa, just because Hei has weakness in a sense that normal people who aren't master planers will be able to deduce, doesn't mean he's is not rigged.
But he isn't rigged, in a sense. He just doesn't have his weakness to be easily found. Like fire's weakness is water - that's common sense.
