(( work was a ********. I had a one hour shift taking calls. I spend 10 minutes with some crabby old lady who was mad because I couldn't get her order to go through any faster. The system locked up for ALL the agents, not just me. So then I thought it went, she got off the phone and I realized I goofed on something. I went back in, but that took another 20 minutes to get into her account and check the order. The rest of the hour I was "unavailable" to calls because my system was frozen and I couldn't get it to work. Best part is that this will be counted against me in my pay and stats so I basically didn't make any money that hour. UGH Some of the other agents were sayin that they were told to tell people to "call back later" but the "Today's Special" was just launches, so the ladies get pissed at you because they don't want the precious items to sell out. They are god awful ugly clothes tonight too. *stabstabstab*))

-He grabs two bottles of water and makes it back up to the rafter, sitting next to Cass. He opens his and drinks, setting the extra next to her.-

I'm going to stay on the ground for a bit Ja- ::as she speaks, her wrist slipped and she went crashing down to the ground::
