Rei: Yeah, but come on. They could come up with something else than 9/11 and is it really that hard to set the time on a recorder thing?
Jay: I know T-T
I prefer the first Bond movie that they called 'Casino Royale' heart Lots of fun.

Well 9/11 wasn't really a big issue.
It was just to illustrate how the villain does business and what he knows.

The best fight in the entire film...
Is the "secret" knife fight in that one place. That was awesome.
Cause it seemed like a "spy" thing.

It may not have been a big thing, but I'm a bit pedantic about details *shrug*
Nope, Uber, no Q.
Come to think of it, the first M was male whee So that means that the current M held the job, went away 'cause she got kids or something, and then came back and took her job back.

Using big events illustrates how the villain got so much money easier. And helps people relate.
Making up a whole story for it is silly. No one cares that much about the villain.
Plus it made sense.. seeing as how he bets against the system cause he knows that terrorist activities tend ot reduce business profits and decrease their stock.
---
Then again.. they could've used all that filler time with Bond being a sap to create the villain's rise to super moneymaking glory.

h X c well... um... don't spoil the movie too much for those of us who haven't seen it? Oh please. We could tell you everything that happens.. but it wouldn't compare to seeing it yourself. Lol.. here's an obvious spoiler .. Bond wins.

I kinda felt like the movie was a '2 in 1' thing...like it was supposed to be finished after the poker game.
Nice, mindless action though 3nodding Just what I was aiming for that particular evening (my brain was fried, I swear).
And yeah, sure, so it makes sense. It's still, for me, a logical error.

Still, my favorite Bond movie will always be Goldeneye.
Tina Turner sang the theme. Hot.
