Ok I seriously need help with the stats. I'm not sure how to get my modifiers.
Strength: 10 | mod = 0
Dexterity: 10 | mod = 0
Constitution: 8 | mod = -1
Intelligence: 10 | mod =0
Wisdom: 8 | mod = -1
Charisma: 8 | mod = -1
Chakra: 8 | mod = -1
Dodge Bonus:
Is this how they should be?

I don't want Kiri as active as Oto.. sweatdrop I don't want Suna as active as Oto, either..
If Suna is as active as Kiri, then it is perfect ^^ For me, lol.
For me, Oto is like WHOOSH WTF SO MANY PAGES!!
And yes! MrJacks you are correct!!
edit: Carlos that sounds awesome, but wouldn't that be taking on too much? At least introduce them in batches!

It's pretty good, but there are a few things!
First is the height and weight sweatdrop He's like... 14... lol... Is that normal?
Also this RP is set 600+ years in the future ^^' Itachi Uchiha's name is known, but like... I dunno. The massacre happened 600-800 years ago lol. So yeah ^^'
Lastly, you have no skill points XD Because skill points is [int mod x level] and well.. your int mod is 0 XD
But that is all! I like that you know the system!

Well at 14 I was 6'0 seriously. I will find a way to change my bg around.

Yes you will! Also send them to Icheti, he might give you some ideas on how to introduce your character. ESPECIALLY THE HE WAS BORN IN HIDDEN CLOUD PART. Since the Hokage and his aides are in Kumogakure (supposedly) now, lmfao! They could pick you up!
Don't forget to get passed in the RP academy lol. -just updated- I feel so proud! Yay for 3 months worth of updating!!

So let me get this straight. I send a pm to Bromisto the Kage of Konoha, asking him if I can join his village. I should include why I should be able to join, and a little about my character?
Then at the academy I just pst in the graduation thread a rp example?

Oh! It really does depend.
Bromisto plays the Fire Master, he is currently ruling right now, but it is a rule of oppression and whatnot. Even though the Fire Master is fairer than the other Masters.. Well last I heard Konoha was under lockdown anyway. So if you want to start out there and wait for Icheti to eventually come, PM Bromisto. sweatdrop I don't recommend this. Icheti is going to fight a war in Iwa before he comes XD
If you want to join the Hokage before reaching Konoha, you should PM Icheti! And then he could arrange something like you two (and ProtoXtreme who NPCs/plays his squad - she also plays a couple of Uchihas!) can totally meet up, and train, and stuff lol.
But yes, you include why you want to join, and the character profile.
And in the RP academy, you are correct about that ^^
