he is a half dragon. half dragons have a +2 bonus to intimidate from the get go, and i have an additional +2 from the synergy with bluff...in other words, he looks scary and bluffs well.

it has a +9 modifyer...it's a little hard to get a crappy one...this is why i cannot disarm items.

spot +7
search +4 (no intelegence mod...it's sad....also no synergy or bonuses unless i missed something)
bluff+7
intimidate +9
and such....i think i should edit some of it before the mines.
