It has been A Few weeks since the Shut Down of the Guild, and the OOC. I am proud to see that things have change. However, they have slowed down. I am sort of happy about that and disappointed. Disappointed because things are slow, but happy because we can reestablish the guild. Let's talk about the slow down first.

So I understand that during the month of October a lot is going on. A. you ugys are probably getting into GTA like me and Reaver. You could be playing pokemon like me and Chiasto.. or hell you could be trying to get all the candies in the Halloween Event.. But whatever it is.. I completely understand. Lol because I am doing it all...and if you aren't having fun you are probably constantly swamped doing papers, working, taking care of children, wives, dead zombie grandmothers in your basement. Whatever YOUR problem is lol, I understand.

Why I am happy. Soon we will start another membership drive. By We I mean me. I know i generally depend on you guys to recruit, but I know that this is my job. So hopefully I will be able to find some people in the forums to pluck into the guild. We had a few good people show up, but they were banned due by old management. So I am going to go on a three prong attack. One I will recruit from Naruto Guilds. Two. Recruit people from the forums and thirdly start another recruitment thread. Let's hope that we get at least 5 people in this guild.

Next on the Agenda the last few cancelled events.

It was easy to say that the mods and your admin were worn out, and burnt out (we were). But now At least I am feeling recuperated for the most part. We were working hard for you guys, but felt under appreciated. So if you guys didn't know. We have nuked a lot of items we deemed that were broken, and unbalanced. We have gotten rid of a lot of things and changed somethings to make them more pleasant in the guild. We are still working bugs out of the Dual Clan System, but we are really trying here guys. So I do hope that you appreciate it. In the last few months we have created four new clans. Two By Hedoro. Two by the combination help of The Mods.. We are also planning a future time skip and season change. Where we will be making the guild more compact and clean.

The Jounin Exams were cancelled, The Game of Kings was cancelled, and An Unknown Storyline was cancelled. The Storyline was going to explain the deletion of a few things, and it was going to be fun. But for the sake of fixing the guild we eliminated this and we decided against it.

However, now I want to offer you guys a minievent. I have an idea based on the small almost year event that me, Ryo, and ACM did together. If you are interested. .you can pm me more about the details and I can explain to you what you need to know. Since there are more genins in the guild.. There will be an exam probably next month, and probably maybe a jounins to follow. However, the Season Skip will be on Jan. 1. So all and all while we might have lost somethings.. I want to bring new things to the guild.
