Xenin

PostPosted: Sat Jun 23, 2007 8:05 pm

*Xenin did as he was told, and as she spoke he realized he had been at a disavantage the whole fight. It dosen't really matter if you take less wounds than your opponent, what matters is that you can take more wounds than your opponent. As he was helped getting patched up Xenin observed his arm, it was nearly ruined, which meant he would have to pay a pretty penny to his mechanic to get it fixed. Still he guessed it was worth it, a random spar and hopefully a new friend ( and hopefully not an enemy) were not that bad of a price to pay.*

My name is Xenin, what is yours?

*he said simply as he cleaned and sheathed his blades*

((I assume she needs no help healing herself since she's a Troika right?))

"The name's Asherah..." She gestured towards his arm with her head. "You gonna be okay?"

Lifting her hand to her mouth, she gently licked up her blood and grimaced at the 'pretty sight' of many puncture holes...

"Oh lovely."

-She'll be okay in time.-

Im guessing you know its prosthetic by now

*he said with a malevoulous grin*

yeah ill be fine, I just need a mechanic to get it fixed, can't say the same for my wallet though

* He looked at her many wounds, he had stabbed her in the arm, punched her twice in the jaw caused her to dislocate an arm, and cut her hands and arms in many places...now thats resilience*

((wha't do you say to one more post before 'they say g'bye =)))

With a soft smile, Asherah hulled herself up, then walked over to her whip. Picking it up, she grabbed either side and gave it a nice tug. And like that, it collapsed into the handle, in which she strapped it to her hip. Resting her hands behind her head, she turned to face the elf one last time.

"Well Xenin, cheers mate." She out stretched her hand to his. Just a little goodbye wouldn't hurt.

"Till next time," she giggled "keep on your toes..."

Ill do that, farewell

*he said as he shook his hand, and walked away not turning around until she was out of eyesight. Seeing as how night would fall soon, Xenin would make camp in any cave or hollowed tree he could find until the next day, when he would return to his search for lost friends*

((the end..for now *evil laugh*))

It was at the edge of the Dead Forest that Reyin made his first stop for the day. He wasn't fatigued by any means, but with a vast treeline looming in front of him, it was in good planning that he take a moment to rest, prepare what supplies he needed, and just come up with a general plan of attack.

Reyin was of average height and build. Standing at 6'1" and looking as though he could make a living playing contact sports, Reyin had a youthful face devoid of scars, despite the fact the sword attached to his pack hinted at a combat-oriented lifestyle. His hair was a dirty blonde, hanging down just above his eyes and maintaining a rather shaggy, unkempt appearance. Which was probably more unintentional than not, seeing as how he was traveling with nothing more than a pack of supplies.

Sure, hotels were nice and all, but they cost money.

So if anyone were to walk upon him at that moment in time, they'd find the young human bent over a rather large pack, sifting through supplies as he dug around for food.

It would also be worth noting that his sword was resting on the ground next to his pack, since wearing it when it wasn't needed wasn't Reyin's style.

If Reylin turned toward the forest even the slightest he would probably notice the strangest thing posters stapled through the forest on signs that all say follow the arrows if you want either a battle or a band audtion.((Yes, a band audition in the middle of the forest!)

The arrows were bright green and magically lit up in the dark and they were so many that no one man could coun't them in a day for their were many paths all leading to the same distination.
(Sorry it's kind of short, but without me using any characters yet.))

It was odd that, after finding the apple he had been looking for for so long, that Reyin had looked up to catch a glimpse of a poster stapled to a tree.

Funny, one would think he probably would have noticed every other tree plastered with a green arrow when he was surveying the initial descent into the forest.

With a light huff, Reyin slipped his pack onto his shoulders prior to heading off into the forest, apple in hand. Now, normally he would think twice about following suspicious randomly appearing posters in dark, creepy forests.

But he had a good feeling about these.

Suddenly he would hear some voice yelling. "Why your skillzors are no match for my elite fighting talent!! Well if you put it that way, if I survive this I guess I will just go back to my living in my mother's basement! Said a hopeless man with a hi pitched voice who was sent flying to some place. "Hi I am the underground fighting champion Crusher!" said a freakishly muscular scarred man who was also sent flying. "Oh cr..!!!!!!!"

By a tree, Asherah stirred and growled lightly. She'd been asleep for a few days due to her last fight with Xenin, now she was fully healed. Sitting up and rubbing her eyes, she grumpily yelled out.

"Whoever you are! SHUT UP! Too loud you jerk!" She hissed after she was done.

Asherah stood up and stretched out her arms and legs. With a big yawn, she cracked her neck and sighed happily. It took her a few moments to realize that she wasn't alone in the forest. Two voices... Meant to ********>

"Whoever is making that noise I will find them!"
Yelled a femine voice whose body was completely covered in a robe, so no one could see her appearence, or at least that is how it would look to the untrain eye. She couldn't risk flying and no one could see her wings right now as they had an extrodinary ability to changing color it was a far more sophesticated natural ability that evolution had led her species too, but her species had a huge family of intelligent species because of their unusual evolution and for that her kind wasn't even exept for around the area in which they lived the local humanoids and any other intelligent species in the area told of a species of wing humanoids with an knack for messing with their opponent's mind.
She ran pass the other woman in her search for the source of the voices.

Blinking idly for a moment, the patter of footsteps echoed in Asherah's ears, letting her know exactly where the girl was. Walking forward about three steps, she stuck out her foot.

"Three, two, one." She smirked, and just as she thought, something collided with it.

Withdrawing her foot, Asherah rested her hands on her hips and looked down at the plume of dead leaves.

"Not even a 'hello stranger', I see how it is..." She snickered.

The woman leaped over the foot and continued onto where she heard the noise from. She didn't even notice the other woman and she leaped more on instinct.
She continued to run and when she finally realized what had just happened she was curious if the other woman could catch up.

Grimacing, Asherah tucked her thumbs into the cusp of her pants and began walking in the general direction of the little woman thing. She didn't quite spark her interest, but she had nothing else better to do. One foot in front of the other, she kept her pace.

"I want coffee." She squeaked through a yawn.

A 8 feet tall being walked walked passed her near by, and it was under a oddly shaped black cloak and had a massive aura of darkness surrounding it. It was slow and lumbering, but it didn't need to be fast to slaughter everything in sight!
