*sigh* viz comics is already doing a pretty decent job of kiddifying it... I haven't read the latest chapters but I heard they changed ino's special move (her body possession) to the "valentine technique", and the byakkugan to "evil eyes".

Doppleganger was bad enough, and I hated the "ninja centerfold technique" ick...

Canon is how what the original creator intended not what it was adapted to be... so non-canon is what they do to all anime that screens in the US.

ah, never heard it referred to like that.

I prefer fansubs... maybe this whole anime boom should end, no more published anime, and it should only be digisubs? meh... that'd mean less people could get ahold of some anime. But still... the fansubs tend to be better translations and closer to what it should be.

yeah, and with stuff like naruto, there's several groups putting out subs for it. So if you don't like the way one group is subbing it, just download someone else's.

that reminds me, did anyone release the special that's alll about the movie that's coming out?
