The man was still and silent as he watched the light.He seemed to watch it with an ignorant sense,and he revered the small light.He still held Kai's body close,unsure what to make of it all.For now,his eyes stayed locked on the light.

*the soul swirls in the air as if going up to heaven but hits some kind of wall, her fathers banishment, the soul flicks around, lost, until a shadow hand snatches it and pulls it into the darkness as all the times before, there was nothing now, just silence, the garden and forest lay dead again and the spirits fade with soundless cries* ((gtg nighty !))

The man rose to his feet,holding Kai's body in his arms.He was thinking of what to do.Giving her a proper burial,or burning her.He didn't know what to do.Holding her cold body close,he decided to see at the Dojo.They knew her better after all.

*kaiori pulls a small mirror up to her face as she lays in bed, there was now a scar on her neck, she tilts her head* not the first one I guess

*kaiori yawns and falls on to a chair in her house, she had spent most of the night fixing up her forest, she curls up and closes her eyes, she needed to think... just think*

*kaiori sighs softly* I'm going to have a lot of time to do things now..I guess... *kaiori stands and wobbles around still pretty weak* maybe I should restock my herbs...then I could give some to the town again *she grabs her basket and heads outside to her garden*

*kaiori yawns and kneals in a patch of white milk weed, she starts to pick leaves from the plants as she yawns again* I wish I could do this with my eyes closed *she mutters softly*

With a soft sigh the man appeared near Kai's garden.His eyes widened in realization as he noted he wasn't on the ground.Flailing his arms as gravity caught hold oh him,he yelled.The yell was quickly cut off by the snapp of a treebranch as he hit it,then tumbled to the ground.There was a large thud,and he just laid there on his back,looking up.Groaning in pain,though it had hurt,it was fun."Ow........Hey!A thing!!!A thing withwings!No...no wait...that's a pinecone."Disapointment was on the man's face as he realized the pinecone wasn't a flying bird.

"Heyo!"The man raised his hand and waved.He didn't look to Kaiori,but he could recognize her voice.Instead he only shifted slightly,getting comfortable where he lay.

"I'm fine...and..I'm sorry."The man stole a glance at Kai.Though he didn't know exactly what had happened,he was putting things together.The absence of his guns alone was a bit of a worry to him.As it started to come together though,he was more and more worried of what he might have done.She was alive though,so he assumed if he had hurt her she'd made it away safely.Shrugging,he sat up,and decided to ask her."What...what did I do to you Kai?"

"Ah..I see.I can't thank you enough Kai.That was really nice of you.Though I still don't know why they tied me up like that." The man chuckled softly as he looked around.Noticing that his shirt was covered in her blood he blushed deeply.He took it off,and it seemed he couldn't do so quickly enough.Snapping his fingers he tossed the shirt into the air and it vanished.He shivered a bit,though the cold didn't bother him,he was shivering from something else."We're still friends right?"
