In a world of graves and ghouls .....Hiro found himself in a situation he wasn't even sure how to deal with. One moment he had been traveling as a expert trainer and now ...now he was a ghost.
The thought that it had taken only one move for this to happen ...one moment of weakness and he shivered. He had been a fool, a complete and utter fool, but if he made t through this ...it would never happen again.
Hiro promised himself as he would look at the Gourgeist as he gave him the ground rules for his survival or more so resurrection.
The boy would grit his teeth but he kept all of his negative thoughts to himself. No, he would make sure this Pokemon paid for this ...if he made it through it.
"Fine, I will play. No way I can stay a ghost, I plan to be the world's greatest trainer, and that isn't possible if I am just a..well if I stay like this."
He declares sharply to the ghost Pokemon before entering the maze.
Please remember to keep track of your non-battle posts. You are at 3/10. Also anytime you roll anything other then a 1, or 11-20 is considered a non-battle post so you can keep posting until you roll an encounter!
Lucy watched the situation unfold with a steady gaze. It wasn't that she didn't feel bad for whatever family the Budew she'd killed had left behind. But, well... she'd learned early on you couldn't rely on family, from her own flock and her trainer's. People left you; they died, or they just abandoned you. That was life. Hopefully, though, little Ace wouldn't have to face that any time soon. With a sigh, she scooped up the half a berry, and returned to her trainer's shoulder.
"Lucianna?" Alistair asked curiously. He knew he wouldn't get any proper answer from the squirrel, but watching whatever had played out between the Tailow and his Emolga left him... uncomfortable. Like his young self watching his mother navigate a tricky social event from his place hidden behind the tablecloth: unaware of what exactly had occurred, but knowing something had. But all the Emolga did was nuzzle his cheek... so so he supposed he had to move on.

Hiro would receive no response but another cheerful giggle; if he deigned to look behind him, he'd see that the Gourgeist had seemingly disappeared. Of course, from his warning, it was likely the ghostly gatekeeper wasn't too far away.
((Apologies for being unclear! Roll one at a time, and keep rolling until you've rolled five even numbers. Right now, you have one, so you're 1/5 of the way there!))

Once again, the numel decided to use defense curl instead of attacking, and judging by Korbin's painful movements, he wasn't really in condition to attack again. "I know you're in pain Korbin, but while it's using defense curl, try attacking with acid spray again." Kiani said, she could have asked him to talk to the numel, find out if it would accept a draw and end the battle, but she wanted to win.
A faint feeling in the back of his mind would alert Gin to danger. Focusing straight ahead, the second thing he would hear would be the sound of laughter. He could feel Takeshi tensing up ready for battle but the boy paused instead. As soon as he spotted the Scyther, he aimed to duck underneath the blade and keep running forward. They already had a Scyther. There was no reason to add a second to his team! Using his shinobi instincts and speed, he would try and avoid the attack and instead keep moving forward! There was no time to waste here!

Unfortunately for Alistair, he would see a Roselia step into his path. The pokemon had tears streaming down her face as she pointed at his Emolga. ">You killed my precious cousin Sam! Because of this, we must duel.<" the pokemon exclaimed tearfully before standing directly in front of them blocking the path. It would look like they had come across another pokemon battle!

It had been a little while since encountering anything, but at this point, Alex appreciated the brief reprieve. Perhaps at the end of the road or somewhere along the way there'd be something he could use to help his two pokemon out. His hopes were most likely just that, hopes.
This was so strange. He was still himself, but not, as he moved in a way now that didn't have his feet quite touching the ground. He floated above the earth and he seemed to be able to rise and fall at well. The idea that he was no longer attached to anything was kind of liberating, but at the same quite frightening.
He needed to get back to his body quickly.
He realized as he would continue to move forward into the maze.
The maze itself didn't seem to be giving him much of a problem. He was moving through it with ease, and he wasn't sure if it wasn't instinct or his soul's own attraction to his body. Either way, Hiro was glad he seemed to be making a good pace through here as he looks upwards.
The Pokemon as suppose to be watching him somewhere.
There was a part of him who wonder if he could use that against it, but for now, now he needed to find his body. Thus he continued onwards.

He felt it in his well... not his bones, but maybe his soul. He was close, so close to his body, but where to go. He wasn't sure when the pumpkins around him seem to glow much more brightly. As the area seem to be almost disorienting from their lights, and suddenly the maze that seemed so easy seemed to become a bit confusing for him.
Hiro closed his eyes and open it again.
He needed to concentrate.
He was so close, he would not fail here.

The Scyther's blade missed Gin easily. >Not bad! Hey, do you want to...< But Gin had already taken off deeper into the forest, leaving the bug-type behind. The Scyther shrugged, giving as sigh. Why did no one ever want to play with him but his little sister? Ah well, he'd go find her. His cheerful, violent little sister... he hope she was okay! With a whistle, he'd sink back into the forest

The end of the maze was near, he knew it ...he felt the pull of his own body like a magnet. It was driving him through the maze faster and faster, somehow, the disorientation was going away.
He was close, and he was going to get there soon.
He knew it.
Hiro was sure, and as the world's greatest trainer, there was nothing that would stand in his way.
