eek I heard about Chocolate Chip Mint but not Green Tea Chocolate Chip. WOW. emotion_jawdrop

I got the dough ready today (instead of making dinner haha)...it's chilling in the fridge...my dough seemed a little dry so hopefully it doesn't crumble when I go to cut it into cookies...going to make sushi this weekend.

Sushi is delicious and unlike what most people who refuse to try it, it's not just raw fish. You can get egg, deep fried veggies/shrimp, cooked crab meat, cucumber, avocado etc My cookies turned out nice! Now I'm tired from spending all day in the kitchen haha...time to relax and watch a movie.

It's been so hot the last couple of days that I feel like I'm melting (and my apartment is even hotter with the hot water pipes underneath me since I'm on the first floor). It's so hot that I have trouble sleeping at night.

So friends are coming over tomorrow to make bacon wrapped avocado soft boiled eggs haha. We're also going to try making pizza sandwiches.

So I checked out a park near my apartment with a friend yesterday (5 min drive). There's apparently a couple of large private properties in the middle of the park. One 3 acre lot with (a somewhat non-mansion-y 3 bedroom house + 6 car garage) for sale.
