Funny thing is, with all these sites telling me to run a Windows repair, then enable and disable this, and change the AGP aperture (whatever the hell that is), all I did to fix it was unplug my secondary hard drive. After Windows booted (yay) I shut down, plugged it back in, and it works just fine now.
