OK LT is coming back in town and soon training will begin!!! All genin, go to the mizukages office, i will train you there for you have the chunnin exams to train for, while academy students go to the academy i will train you in the basic ninjutsu there and perhaps 1 or 2 genjustu.

We need to do some missions first LT, or at least I would prefer to, we should go ahead and get a C-ranked out of the way since you have to leave the village to perform any of those and none of us can leave without you

I think you need a full squad to do C ranked and a squad leader, try talking with Luo to see if he wants me to take you guys out on a mission or not.
