Ah, for some reason I thought you ment the woman she "Practiced" against that made her qualify for the tournament, which was someone different as I recall.

I remember reading an article on thoes Busou Shinki figurines. each one comes with the disc to this sorta online game, each doll comes with a cerial key and you register it online and you put the parts on your doll (as i understand you can buy new parts) which make your doll into samurai, robots, vehicles, ect. and you do sorta a street fighter type online game with other people. i think the dolls cost like $30 each. I guess you could say its sorta like angelic layer without the real dolls fighting. I belive each doll has 2 sets of gear a sorta cosplay set and a full battle set... i think. i saw the article like 3 years ago. Pfft don't be jealous of someone's skill at making a movie. This clearly took alot of hard work (especially the cheer leading scene). BusouShinki, there are a few figures that come complete while others are add-ons such as the WaffeBunny and no there is no CD. You download the game from the official site and log in with a KonamiID -attempting to do just that, hope the Japanese let me ninja - I just got mine Sunday...though I could only afford the WaffeBunny and Howling but I have the samurai and Neko waiting for me at the comics next weekend 3nodding . And hey, the little dolls may not be fighting like they do in Angelic Layer but with how technology is advancing...I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up soon whee . you mean the game is still going? wow. I looked on you tube and they have a video of the game being played. and of the intro. the doll pedastal and stuff actualy makes it look alot like angelic layer. Yes it is still going and has, remember, the US gets this many months after the release of whatever item, game, manga. @Arc: Unless that 10 yr old knows japanese...he doesn't stand a chance at even playing it -like me- crying they released it into america???? well when i heard about it lindy they had a link to a anime shop site, they had 2 dolls for sale, and i think there was a preorder for 4 more that had not been released yet and info about atleast 4 more dolls that were going to be released. I contacted Konami USA and they said that so far nothing is known about a US release of the game but to "keep an eye on www.konami.com" for future developments. My guess is that it wont make it here...some things are kept Japan Only I'm afraid -sigh.

Unless it's some Hentai game, they'll bring it over. As long as they think they can make money on it.
No Adult Only rated game has ever been successful in America, so those wouldn't be brought over. But those pervy japanese love their sick games, so those are released over there all the time. wink
Other than that, it's all about market. They probably won't do it. I say that only because various "Trading Card" games that you have to go online to play have failed pretty bad lately. *shrug*

when i used to get scry there was a online card game that was released. like 6 years ago. you payed a monthly fee and you got a starter deck. you had a character card and equipment/spell/field/powers/item/ect. cards. the character cards were perm but when you used any other cards they did there effect and then whent poof! and to get new cards you had to pay i think it was $5 a booster pack and i think it had 5 cards in a pack.
I don't think it whent very far.

I say that only because various "Trading Card" games that you have to go online to play have failed pretty bad lately. *shrug* I hope you are only speaking about the actual sick ecchi games (games that contain S&M, Sex Slave, rape, etc.) because Fate/Stay Night is one of them Adult Visual Novel games. So is Crescent Love, Shuffle!, Comic Party!. The mentioned games do have that adult theme but it tells more of the story in that you must win the heart of one girl by your own actions.

Magic Online has been the only halfway successful online card game. And that's only because they had Hasbro funneling money to keep it afloat for the first 2 years. Mostly it only got on its feet after that though because it had the built in audience from the Magic Card game which was over 10 years old.
Well Lady Knightstar, we have stranger sensibilities here, as I'm sure you know. And the Politicians love to get Free poll points by talking about the decline of the family at the hands of Evil Videogames, etc. Just think how much of a problem there was abotu the sex scenes with that damned "Hot Coffee" thing in GTA: San Andreas. That was jsut some dipshit programmer's fault, and was something you had to actually Unlock through hacking. Not something that was built into the game on purpose.
Now, remembering the pain and cost that inflicted on Rockstar Games... think how much worse it'd be for someone if the actual point of the game was something like "Get someone to fall in love with you and have sex". No matter how "nice" it's done.

awsome gundamish game. there are thoes adult intercourse dateing games in america. btu from what ive seen only the pc version of any of them ahve been released and they are not widely advertised. they are also very expensive and most of them are very boreing other then the love love scenes. the ones that are realy fun are like the mortal combat type ones or the strategy combat type or the rpg type or the live action type.

No matter how "nice" it's done. -__- Uh the actual point is just as you said except you forgot about the story that unfolds while doing so. And I don't see how it can be worse for anyone since these games are distributed by companies that deal with adult only games. If some stupid kid gets ahold of these games, the parents are to blame for not supervising their kids. Everytime something on a touchy subject that deals with games, the company is always blamed, parents are always innocent. -grumble grumble-

Oh, I completely agree with yoru point Miss Knightstar.
But then, you have to figure there is that age from 13-18. Where a kid is still a kid, but most likely (At least I was) buying their own games. And stores really don't card. They don't care because they're never the ones that get in trouble. Just the big guys.
Those are the ones that usually cause the problems. Not the 7 year olds or anything like that. The teenagers who are horny, have money, and their parent's don't know until they walk in on it...

if the kid is watching pron on tv. first how do they know the channel is there? second why do you not have it blocked on that tv? and third if you find them watching it why are you blameing tv or the tv station? you the one who let them play it for crying out loud!

Females are just as horny as males, Lady Knightstar. wink In fact, they tend to be more so I find, because they're repressed. Males are supposed to be sick and twisted. It's acceptable.
My stepsister was like that. Would get games and be very attentive with it... -_- Not exactly pleasant to discover, but nothing "wrong" with it in my mind.
