no, I understand it relatively well. but hald the time I head into the zomg forum, there's always two or three threads about people who don't have a clue what it is. apparently they don't go too into depth about it in the new opening setting.

Select yourself, go to character info, then click the 'g'hi' tab.

Yeah, it's sort of, 'unlock as you go'.
And it takes forever. I've only got one bonus maxed out, myself.
