Robin watched as Combuskin landed two solid blows on the Wigglytuff causing the normal type pokemon to pass out. She was surprised at how strong the pokemon was, she hoped that one day she and Luffy would be able to be strong like everyone else here. "Congratulations on the win!" She cheered for him. When Ryka introduced herself as Jaeshan's friend she smiled and waved. "Hello Ryka! I'm Robin and this annoying little Aipom's name is Luffy."
On her shoulder Luffy grinned at Ryka as he moved around on Robins shoulder. Were they going to see the big fire lizard? He really wanted to see it! It looked so cool! Plus he wanted to see if it would fly him some where, that would be super cool!
"Let me just tell Ampersand where I am going and I will be right there!" Robin gave a small wave before bouncing off to where Ampersand was lounging. In a way she kinda felt like she was a little kid telling her dad, in this case a super hot dad, where she was going. Stopping at the side of his chair she stared at him for a moment, it looked like he was sleeping, how he was managing that at this loud event was amazing. "Oi are you awake?" She asked poking him slightly.
"I am now." Ampersand joked before opening one clear blue eye to look over at Robin. "What can I do for you little missie, aren't you enjoying your party?"
"Yeah I am! Though it would be more fun if you decided to do something other then sleep." She frowned at him at the last part. "Anyway I just wanted to tell you that I was going to check out the Charizard that someone just arrived on. It looks so cool! I always wanted a Charizard." She sighed at the last part.
Ampersand just chucked at Robin. "You can always go capture a Charmander or something, I hear there are some places that breed them to." He paused before looking over his shoulder at the group of people who were around the Charizard. "Besides do you really want me around to put that Charizard asleep when you just go to see it?"
Blushing slightly Robin looked back over at it. "It looks like its all ready asleep." She mumbled before glancing back to the dark haired man. "I do want to spend some time with you here you know."
"Hmm." Ampersand made the sound of agreement before running a large hand through his short hair. "Tell you what, you let me nap a while and I will take you and whatever little friends want to come out for lunch, I will even pay."
Hearing that Robin couldn't help but grin broadly. "All right! That sounds like a plan." Standing up again she adjusted her large white and pink hat before dashing off to join the other two again. "All right! I really want to see that Charizard! They are so cool!" It was a good thing that Luffy wasn't the jealous type of pokemon and that he thought the Charizard was cool to or there might have been problems.
As the redhead scampered off Ampersand let out a sigh. It wasn't like he didn't want to be here, and he did like the girls company. Shaking his head he was about to fall asleep when he heard the familiar sound of helicopter blades slicing through the air. Frowning slightly he stood up and looked out from beneath his umbrella to see the chopper in the air. Who ever was rich enough to come here in a helicopter was interrupting his precious little time to sleep! Grumbling slightly Ampersand went back to his chair and plopped right back down into it.

Mike grinned at Kasiya's compliment. "You know me, gotta keep up the motif." Ever since he got into Pokemon years ago, even before he even had one, he dressed like this. It just felt right ya know? Gave people something to identify him by. "How's the egg doing? Nitro's brother or sister hatch ye-?" His sentence was interrupted by his attention being diverted to a large...Pokemon(?) walking towards them. It was an Azumarill, but damn was it huge! As Mike stared at the abnormally large Pokemon, he saw a head sticking out of it. It was just some chick in a suit. He was attracting all sorts of attention now wasn't he?
"So M.A.," said Mike, turning to his new acquaintance after waving good-bye to Kirsa and Kilik. "What kinda Pokemon you got? I see you 'ave a Houndour, that's pretty cool." He found it quite interesting that both Mitsu and this M.A. girl, who were very cute in their own right, had a Pokemon as, well, demonic looking as a Houndour. With Kirsa it seemed to fit her look, but not with this cutie.

Keegan watched the Sneasel with mild interest, wondering if he ignored Riza's question long enough it would be like she never asked it. Yeah, for the time being he was alone, well not literally, but he wouldn't be if he could find Kasiya. The Sneasel seemed to be interested in him but it only lasted for a moment or so. Why it pointed at him, well he had no clue, but its actions seemed to indicate that it was fairly young. For a moment he considered sending out one of his own Pokemon, but to be honest he didn't know if he could trust them to behave themselves in a situation like this. "I'm looking for my friends," he said finally, looking at the dark-haired girl out of the corner of his eye. "And once I find them I won't be alone," he added. He really didn't know what to think of Riza as of yet, but having someone to talk to was rather nice. "What about you?" he asked. "You waiting for friends or something?"

“I see,” Riza murmured, looking at the marks her toes were leaving in the sand. At least he had friends to find. Inevitably the counter question was asked and she laughed out loud without meaning to. “No, I don’t have any friends,” she said, shrugging. Always going back and forth made making friends difficult, but she didn’t feel the need to divulge the details to someone she’d only just met.
Sneasel was splashing around happily in the shallows, and as Riza looked around nearby she could see other Pokemon doing the same, but only they weren’t alone. Their trainers were nearby and Riza got the impression that some of them had two, three, even four or more Pokemon with them. She looked at Keegan again, wondering if he was a trainer and if he had Pokemon too. “I’m actually hoping to make some friends today.” She offered up a sheepish smile towards the red haired boy. “If you want I can help you look. For your friends, that is.”

"That would be helpful," Keegan nodded, watching the Sneasel playing in the water. He looked over at Riza, who seemed to be temporarily lost in thought, and he began to wonder if she was new to being a trainer. It wasn't until he stood up to resume his search that her initial response to his question sank in. "Wait, what? You don't have any friends?" he asked, looking at her as though she had a second head growing from her neck. "I find that hard to believe," he went on, suppressing a laugh. "I mean, come on. A pretty girl like you?" He scratched the back of his head nervously, completely unaware that he could be treading on very dangerous ground.

“Heh,” Riza chuckled, shaking her head. A large part of her was greatly offended by Keegan’s words, but she took a deep breath and allowed the smaller part of her, the one that was trying to understand that he didn’t understand, take over. She forced a laugh and stood up, packing her skirt into her bag. “I guess I’ll take that as a compliment,” she said, slinging her knapsack over her shoulder. “As cute as you are,” she added, “you certainly have a funny way of showing compassion for others.” She called for Sneasel and placed her hands on her hips. “The whole friend-thing isn’t exactly easy for me to talk about so I’d appreciate it if you’d just shut up about it. So, should we go look for your friends now?”

Kilik blinked and looked down at her. He wasn't aware of how much taller than her he was until just now. "It's okay," he said, pausing at one of the vendors to examine a pair of swim trunks that was hanging out. The man behind the counter cleared his throat in a way that would easily say: 'look buy it or leave'. The trainer looked over at Kirsa and smiled. "So what do you think?" he asked her, "Of my friends, that is. Or of me, actually. First impressions are always pretty important."
Elekid jumped down from Kilik's shoulder and waddled alongside him for a little while before stopping to walk with Hans the Houndour. Unlike M.A.'s, Hans didn't seem that scary. The plug Pokemon felt that, since he was definitely sure that he was stronger, he patted the dog on the head once and gave him a small shock. It was just to let him know who was boss. However, he felt the swift hand of Kilik on top of his head.
"No!" he snapped, standing back up straight. "You'll have to forgive him. He's still pretty young." He scratched the back of his head. "I suppose that made me lose a few points huh?" Kilik chuckled a little a bit.

The noise on the beach was amazing. Sere found it hard to take in everyone talking at once. She realized that it was a party and that there was supposed to be so many people there, but party or not it seemed as though half the population of the region had showed up. Not to mention all of the pokemon. George however was in his element. He loved seeying all the pokemon around. He would wave at every single one he saw, and if he didn't feel the need to stay back and make sure that his trainer didn't freak out and end up digging a tunnel under ground and hiding.
As she got further down the beach she caught sight of the girl she had met last night and her Riachu. To her dismay the girl was now surrounded by other people. 'Of course she'd have friends. She's so friendly and outgoing.' Sere chastised her self. She was thinking twice about going up and saying hi, when George in all of his love took off in the direction of the other trainer. If his trainer wasn't going to actively make new friends then he was going to do it for her. Besides he wanted a chance to play with the marshtomp again. The mudkip ran up to Kasiya and head-butted the girl's leg.
"George! get back here!" Sere shook her head then quelled her anxiety and chased after her pokemon.

She stopped when he did, glancing at the swimming trunks that were on display. Kirsa ignored the proprietor's attempt to hustle them along; as far as she was concerned, they were doing nothing wrong. If he wanted to try and get uppity, well...that would be entirely his problem. One that would be dealt with accordingly. "...Hm?" The soldier peered up at Kilik, debating on a response for half a moment until he finished his train of thought. Oh, he was referring to himself and the others....She had thought for a moment there that he was asking about the swim wear. "Well..."
Though he seemed just as serious, if not more so, as his trainer, Hans actually didn't mind the company or the close proximity of the little plug. Even the pats on his partially helmeted head didn't bother him - or at least, they didn't before now. The Houndour had not been expecting that shock, and after a small yelp of surprise, quickly descended into snarling at Elekid with his ears laid back flat to show his displeasure, hackles raised. That had been most uncalled for, and even though he knew he was much weaker, he was still willing to retaliate.
"Hans! Nein!" Kirsa barked, and the Houndour relented on his outward display of aggression; though his ears remained flat against his skull, just to show that he was still very much offended. The purple-haired girl shook her head some before addressing Kilik. "No, you're fine. You did not tell him to do that, so it is no fault of yours." She glanced to the vendor for a moment - would he say anything? - then examined the swim trunks, in an attempt to make it seem like she was debating on it. She was doing no such thing, of course. It was merely to keep the man behind the counter from raising a complaint.
"...As I was saying. Aside from a few eccentricities," Kirsa was clearly referring to Mike and Sasha, "you and your friends seem very nice. I wouldn't mind getting to know everyone better. I don't have any acquaintances my age."

It was Keegan's turn to be offended, seeing as he rarely showed compassion for others at all. However, he soon realized the severity of his foot-in-mouth syndrome and he nodded, deciding to just shut up about it, like she suggested. "Uh, thanks," he said, looking around somewhat nervously. "I wish I knew where to start looking but to be honest I'm kinda clueless," he admitted. He shook his head and sighed, wishing he'd thought to call Kasiya as soon as he knew she'd gone off ahead to Slateport and set up a meeting place or something. "Perfect hindsight," he grumbled.
He was about three seconds away from just pointing in a random direction when he caught sight of a small girl (although he might have only been imagining her to be that small because of Riza's height) passing nearby, a little blue Mudkip in tow. Normally he wouldn't have taken another look but suddenly the Mudkip bolted forward, forcing its trainer to give chase. As he looked on he soon realized the Pokemon was headed for a group of people. At first he didn't recognize any of them, but as he looked closer, some of them dispersed and soon he realized he was looking at Mike. "Okay, that was easier than I though," he mumbled, shrugging at Riza before he began to trod towards the only recognizable person he'd seen thus far.

Riza giggled a bit as Keegan mumbled to himself, and she had the feeling that he and his friends hadn’t exactly planned much about today other than the just getting there part. Riza couldn’t help but like him though. He didn’t seem to be the type of person to pretend to be someone that he was not, and he also spoke his mind. She knew that those kind of traits in a person weren’t the most popular ones but to most, as many people just didn’t like to hear the truth about things.
Riza didn’t notice the girl with blonde hair go by at all until she started to shout at her little blue Pokemon, and Riza quickly pulled out her Pokedex to see what it had to say. According to the mini computer it was a mudkip, and as Riza watched it scamper into a group of kids she couldn’t help but think it was cute. When Keegan started following after it the only logical thing for her to do was follow him. She thought that perhaps Keegan could be a friend and she wanted to stay by any potential friends for now. As they neared the kids Riza noticed the boy from before, the one who had scared away half the beach population with his Charizard. She stayed back a bit, waiting to see if Keegan would introduce her or not. Sneasel patiently stood next to Riza, looking up at all the people curiously. If Riza could make some friends today then maybe Sneasel could too!

He smiled. "Well, I'd be glad to be your first companion!" He placed his fist on his chest and looked rather valiant. "I mean...your first companion here. I mean, I'm sure you have friends back wherever you're from." Kilik decided that he should probably keep his mouth shut. Kirsa looked like the kind of girl that would break him in two if he were to say the wrong thing - not that she would, but she appeared very capable. The trainer snagged a pair of yellow trunks from the rack, with black trimming on the cuffs similar to his shirt and smiled at the girl.
"I'm going to try these on. Be right back," he jumped into one of the curtained areas and pulled his jeans off, and began to unbutton his shirt. He hummed quietly to himself as he put on the trunks and stepped out. "How's this?" he stretched his arms out. They fit rather nicely and they matched his clothing, as well as the now mischievous Elekid. He snickered as Hans barked at him, then felt a little guilty about what he did. "Elekid, kid kid Ele..." he whispered. It sounded like an apology. The plug looked up at his trainer then back at Hans. He approved of the outfit.
"Obviously, this would be gone," he said, tugging on his shirt. The vendor cleared his throat again. "Look, I'll buy this if you stop doing that." Kilik snapped at the man.

"That would be nice. It's settled then." She smiled some, amused by his antics. "...Not really. I have a few acquaintances back home, but they are all much older than I." This fact didn't really seem to bother her, and she nodded and patiently waited for Kilik to re-emerge with the trunks on, idly rubbing at the Houndour's ears. Said Houndour appeared to be blatantly ignoring the Elekid, but perhaps what gave him away was the fact that he ceased in looking so offended.
Kirsa nodded her approval at Kilik when he came out. "They suit you."

Kilik smiled. He approached the somewhat rude vendor and paid the amount needed for the swim trunks. Elekid scampered up to his shoulder again, only to be disappointed when Kilik didn't start walking. The trainer shoved his pants into his backpack and unbuttoned his shirt to let his chest get some fresh air. "Ahh. Lovely weather!" he stretched a bit.
"Now that I've got mine," he laughed, looking Kirsa up and down, "You need to put yours on. Mind if we use your changing stall, mister?" he glanced at the vendor. The man twitched visibly but said nothing, yet merely nodded. "Get in there!" he laughed. Kilik walked over to the female and placed his hands on her shoulders walking her into the curtain, sliding it closed behind her.
Master Kilik was so odd sometimes. Elekid sighed and looked around. His eyes widened at the sight of a rather large looking building with a sign posted out front. He had no idea what it said, but he pounded Kilik on the head a few times, pointing and groaning in the direction of the building. "What, what?" Kilik groaned, rubbing the top of his head. The baby was getting a lot stronger too. "What is it?" he blinked and raised an eyebrow. "The 'Name Rater'. So what?" Did Elekid want to go there? "You just get a nickname and as far as I'm concerned, you don't really need one." What! That stupid Magby had a nickname, why not him!? Elekid clenched his little fists and gave Kilik a light shock. "Ele! Kid Kid Kid Elekid!" he snapped. The trainer frowned. "Fine, we'll go in once Kirsa changes. I'll show you that you don't need a nickname."

Even though she knew what was coming, Kirsa still made repeated attempts to protest, yet still found herself stumbling into the changing stall. She really didn't want to change, but knew that she should; well, it was only for a short time. It wouldn't hurt, right..? Shrugging her bag off, she dug in it for her swim suit. Once it had been located, it was set aside, and her uniformed was removed, carefully folded up, and placed withing the bag. It only took her a minute to put the swimwear on; rather tiny red swimming shorts and a matching strapless top. Out of her uniform, it was suddenly quite clear that Kirsa's entire body was, for the most part, well-toned muscle. Oh sure, she wasn't about to win any beauty contests like this, but she could take down an adult man twice her size in about a minute - and that was all that really mattered.
Shouldering her bag once more, Kirsa stepped out of the stall to where Hans, Kilik, and his Elekid were waiting. "...Okay. We can go."
