After a few hours Takiko's eyes opened. She awoke with a brief yawn and a stretch. It had been so long since she had even gotten a brief few minutes of sleep. Even longer than that since she had slept so well. Probably back in the warehouse. Takiko grabbed the katana, belted it at her hip, and walked out to where Tous was.

Tous saw Takiko's reflection in the window, causing him to form a smile on his lips. He looks over his shoulder at her and says, "I hope you slept well."

"Yes, I did. Best I've had in a long time..." Takiko said with a smile on her face. "Did you sleep at all?" She asked, noticing that he was awake even by the time she walked in. Her hair was a little bit messed up but it did not bother her.

Tous looks up to her and replies, "Yea, I did for a bit. Haven't needed that much sleep lately."

"Why?" Takiko was surprised how much she actually cared. It had been a long time since she had cared about someone. And that person hurt her not only mentally, and emotionally, but physically too. Her love for Tous was only as a friend.

"What do you feel uneasy about?" Takiko asked as she sat next to him. It was clear she was concerned. They were friends, and she worried about many people a lot. Especially friends as close as he was to her.

"Well, I'm glad you came back." A soft giggle came from the young vampiric girl's rose red lips. A smile was remained spread across her lips. Only the tips of her ivory fangs were visible.

"What were you thinking about?" It was clear in her crimson eyes that she was not just asking so many questions to annoy him, that she was actually worried and a bit curious.

Around 2:00am a boat had docked with the night fog ingulfing the ship in the night air. A light from a small light house flashed pass the boat, as it reveal to be just a normal docked but, but the second time the light came around, Valic De'Court II appeared on the dark deep in fog. The fog was heavy so it travelled from the the water, to the dock, all the way to the streets that lead up to it. Valic was wearing a dark clothes. A long trenchcoat, leather pants, steel toed boots, and a tight long sleeve shirt. Along is neckless was his family crest. Valic began to walk down teh lonely Dock, as his boots clunked with each step. The wood boards creeked as Valic made his way into New York. And into the night Valic went to begin his quest.
